              Im the mother of two of his patients, my oldest had an emergency (permanent bracket broke) and I went to the office since no one was answering the phones, it was a lady in the office seeing other people and told me that it was closed and I need to call for the emergency, ended up at the emergency room with my child, they removed the bracket but they left open metal with wax surrounding for comfort until I see the Orthodontist because they didnt know what else to do, told me to follow up with Dr. ********************** Monday, again I called Monday morning all day no answer, finally I get an answer around noon. I gentlemen answer and said that he will have to look for the next available. I requested to speak to Dr. ********************** and he told me hes no longer in the practice. How can you not be in your own practice? then I requested a referral form or transfer because he was paid in full for both of my kids and the gentleman hung up The phone after telling me the manager will call you, he didnt even take my phone number and hung up. Now I need an emergency appointment somewhere else and they are requesting a transfer AAO form and no one will answer the phone to provide it to me. The worst service ever.

              Went to Santelli for an Invisalign consult. After a 10-minute visit with the dentist, the sales pitch began. I was encouraged to apply for credit though I was not ready to make a commitment. I told the sales person the application would not go through because my credit was locked. She said I could complete the application over the phone but that they would do initial scans then. I stressed that I was not making a commitment, but they did the scans anyway. Before leaving I told the sales person I would make a decision after I saw my dentist. I also told her not to run my credit before it was unlocked, and that I would let her know when to run it. Two days later I received an email from the credit reporting company telling me that Santelli had tried to run my credit AFTER I told them not to (the message had the time and date of the attempt). When I called about this I was told that the application must have somehow gone through. How can an incomplete, unsigned application go through without my permission?After I saw my dentist, I called Santelli to inform them that I would not proceed with Invisalign due to needed general dentistry work. As if she had not heard the word "No," the sales person said, "Okay, we will call your dentist to coordinate when we can do it." I told her that would not be necessary, and to cease and desist. I then received 3 videos on my phone because "the dentist had been working on my case and she wanted to show me the result." I reiterated what I had just told her over the phone. I saw my dentist again yesterday and learned that Santelli had called them "while I was in chair" for permission to treat AFTER I had left the Invisalign consultation. I told Santelli NOT to run my credit and that I would let them know my decision, but they disregarded my wishes and tried to strong-arm me into a contract and implicate my dentist - dishonest and unethical at best. If you are considering Invisalign with Santelli, proceed with caution.

              This review is not true.  First and foremost you presented to our office for a complimentary orthodontic consultation to correct your bite and align your teeth.  Dr. ********************** met with you, spoke to you regarding your concerns, evaluated your bite and presented treatment options to you.  You stated that you were interested in pursuing orthodontic treatment using Invisalign clear aligners. Dr. ********************** thoroughly explained how Invisalign works and provided you with a detailed treatment plan.  After answering all of your questions Dr. ********************** left the room and I provided you with a detailed breakdown of the treatment fee.  I then presented you with ************ financial partner (Lending Point) which allows our patients to have a No Downpayment, 0% Interest equal monthly payments over 24 months.  Dr. ********************** actually pays the interest fee for you which is almost 11%.  You agreed to process the application.  I cannot run the application without you agreeing to it and providing me with your soc sec # which you provided.  The credit pull is always a soft credit pull and does not hurt anyones credit score.  You then wanted to have a scan performed to capture your teeth and bite so that Dr. ********************** could then begin to treatment plan your case.  Dr. ********************** was kind enough to spend 20 minutes with you during your initial consultation and over 1 hour treatment planning your case.  I sent your new smile design to you for you to evaluate.  Subsequently, you went to your dentist and called our office to cancel your treatment.  Our office has treated over ****** patients and we have Never Ever encountered this behavior - EVER.  It is a shame that you would write this review after what we have done for you.  No good deed goes unpunished.  I have worked with Dr. ********************** for over 6 years and I can attest that he is the most honest, caring and loving boss and person.  If you want the best orthodontist that always tries his best no matter what to do the right thing then Dr. ********************** and Santelli Orthodontics are the right choice for you.  It is an outright shame that this review was written.
