    A complaint has been placed with Scooter Factory USA... this is probably just another company of Duane Levandowski. I have lots of documentation on how they kept putting my delivery date off meanwhile my credit card could only give me a credit within ** days of the *delivery* date not the charge date. When you're told that they couldn't get the scooter in stock because of supply chain issues and then never fulfill their promise, you can't go back to the credit card company because too much time (years actually!) have passed since the payment was processed.

    we had purchased a e-runner on 4/29/2022 from their site for $5899, we called to make sure they got the money and asked how long the lady told us 4 months emailed them at that time they had not seen it. in october we called and they said shipment was coming in november, we called in december it was still in customs we decided to cancel but they told us we could not cancel till it left customs so we checked back every month no change in may ************************************************************************************************************************************************** even heard from them we tried calling nothing

Order #*****.Initial delivery was first expected in September of 2022, then pushed to November of 2022. It was not delivered in November. 3-4 calls were made since and a refund has been requested. The last call went to a voice mail and there was no return call.     I purchased a E-Runner on May 9,2022. my order number is *****. when purchased I was told it would be in stock in three months. When I called in November, they said it was in customs, and we should have by end of January. As of today I have not heard from them nor can I get my money back. They did state I would not get all my money back because there is a restocking fee. How can I be charge that fee when they say they do not have the score.The total is $5849.00.Any help you can give me to get my money back or the scooter is greatly appreciated.Respectfully,***************************

    We bought a scooter from *** scooter back in February and in took 5 months to get it. Once we received it, it was damaged. We asked for compensation for damages and have never heard anything back from them seems like they took our money but dont care about the damages we received in this situation. The scooter also needs charged after driving 6 miles and they said they put high performance batteries in it. We paid over $6,000 for this and we get this kind of service. I have several emails to them and calls but no response. Ive been to a lawyer and he advised me to contact you first so here I am. Im asking for at least a compensation for $725 for damages and the frustration weve had over this.Thank you

    On November 11, 2022, I purchased a yellow E Jeep Enclosed 4 Seat Mobility Scooter from the Scooter Factory USA for my special needs son. The total cost of the scooter was $7199. Payments were made via phone to person named *******. Payment had to be made in two transactions because $5,000 was the limit for the day. On Friday November 11, 2022 "*******" debited $4,999 and she called me on Saturday, November 12, 2022, in the morning for the remainder payment of $2200. I thought it was weird that she called me on that morning, but I didn't think anything of it. I proceeded to give her the card information and she debited the $2200. She said it would take 3-4 months. I have called, emailed numerous times to inquire on the status of my son's mobility scooter and I have received some suspicious emails. I received a weird email from an ************************* (email: ************************************ and he asked what I ordered. I proceeded to email him back and tell him what I had ordered, he didn't respond. I went on the website and a Duane emailed me back and said he was the old owner and had sold the company, but he had some other mobility scooters, and they were on ***** I replied that I had already paid for the mobility scooter and was just waiting for its arrival but was a little worried that I hadn't heard anything. He responded "understood". Calls and emails go unanswered. I want a refund of the $7,199 back on my son's card. If this is a scam these people should be arrested. How dare them target veterans and disabled individuals. I received 2 email receipts that read thank you for your order. The order #'s are ***** and *****. It was paid for. The mobility scooter should be delivered to my son or put his money back. Please help

    I had called the merchants phone number Sales ************** to get help logging into my account, the lady that answered the phone told me that there was no way to make an account online, I told her her that the website had an area for me to log into and to create an account and when I completed the transaction I was emailed information on how to log into my account, she then told me that was an old website from the previous owner and that their website had no way or no account available I then told her I wanted to cancel this order she told me I had to e-mail her boss to cancel, she gave me his e-mail address ********************************************************* which I did that very same day on 2/14/2023 it had been less than 24 hours since I had made this transaction. [Order #*****] (February 14, 2023) please advise I have not received any response what is going on, I have attached a copy of the emails that were sent to me I believe this website or business is a scam The amount of my Order Is $5,945.00

    On May 26, 2021 I placed an order with ScooterFactoryUSA for an E-Runner HB enclosed mobility scooter for my disabled son. The charge of $5599 was placed on the card immediately, but the scooter was not delivered until February 25, 2022. The enclosed scooters, per the website, came with a one year warranty. In November, 2022, the backup functions on the scooter failed. The scooter has been inoperable since. Several attempts were made in November and December, 2022, via phone calls and emails, seeking warranty or other service on the vehicle. I was told to email the "boss", ****, directly at ********************************************************** Such emails remain unanswered to date. My husband contacted the company also and was simply told "sorry", they didn't have any assistance to offer. At this point, we just need a mechanic who could diagnose and repair the problem but it is clear we will also not be able to order parts for repair from this company.As well as resolving our issues with the scooter, our goal is to alert others of the failure of this company to stand behind their expensive product, especially as the target customers for these products are likely the elderly and disabled.

    Ordered scooter Feb. This year 1441$. No delivery. Refuse to return. **** card payment. **** said 60 day limit to contest no help.

    On January 28, 2022 I purchased the * Jeep Scooter with options for $8595. The site states orders can take 3-4 months. While I'd hoped for 3 months, the time came and went. After the 4th month, I still hadn't heard from them so I called. I was informed the shipment was delayed. I had to accept that as there were many news stories about the issues with shipping delays. The shipment arrived in July and I was told it would still be another 3 weeks to get someone to the port to inspect the shipment and arrange for delivery. I called after 3 weeks and was told that it was being held in customs. So I waited. About a month later I was told that the * Jeep wasn't on board and that the manufacturer had not included them in the shipment despite the order. I wasn't happy about this but what choice did I have? The next shipment arrived November 2, 2022. I questioned the lady on the phone and asked if I'd have my scooter by end of month. She told me no as they had to get someone to inspect the shipment and arrange delivery. So I said, by mid-December? She stated that sounded about right. So I waited but with the holidays they got a few more days. When I called I was told that the shipment was being held up in customs. I don't believe this. I've been down this road. *ven if they are telling the truth, which I doubt, and they released the shipment today, I wouldn't get the item until the first week of January. 3 weeks shy of the one year mark.The most shameful part of this is that I'm not the only complaint. I fought 10 years for my veteran's compensation and was so happy to have a home again and even though I wasn't on a bus route, I could still have my freedom with this scooter. I've been stuck at home, reliant on others or having to spend more money to go anywhere. And if I don't get this scooter, I will have to pay more than $1200 with less features for a different one from someone else and still have to wait for a few months. They don't contact me and emails go unaswered
