Been going to Hand and Stone for many years. The price when I started was great, competitive to Massage Envy. They give you points for being a member, however twice I had a problem using them, in fact the last time I asked for a manager, she refused to come out to speak to me. In my life this is nothing but a nuisance, and I am not going to even think of raising voice or show anyone I'm upset. They had raised the membership twice, I don't believe I received any notification. now they are raising it again, I did get notification and when I went in for my service I had two sessions and one on point. I told them I was cancelling my membership, they advised me if I cancel I can't use the points for this unless I pay for another month. When I called previous to *************, where I had previous problem, they told me yes I lose my points, but I still use the sessions I have left, no limit. It took four times for me get the cancellation form, and one of stimulation was I have three months to use the last three sessions, even though I paid for them, and had to pay another month not to lose the point. I'm a widower, with a special needs son, and have to work 6days a week, and I'm at retirement age, I find it hard to come, that is the reason I accumulate many sessions
