    These crooks sold me a 2017 Tucson, which I was told was in good, reliable condition. I also bought the extended "end to end" warranty. I have had issues with it since day 1 and got the full run-around with it. They even set me a service appointment 3 weeks out and then turned me away when I got there, saying they didn't have ******* mechanics or diagnostics equipment, which is fine if they didn't have me drive 40 miles each way to tell me this. When I finally got the truth from a ******* dealer, it was revealed there's roughly $4,000 in repairs needed for the A/C, which are covered under warranty, and about a $***** worth of repairs, which are not. Lexus of Wesley Chapel wouldn't even give me the warranty information to get the A/C fixed until I threatened to show up in their lobby and was on the way there. Their sales manager refuses to take any responsibility for this. He very snarkily told me they make sure the used cars they sell get a test drive and an oil-change, and that's it. I have only driven this car for less than ***** miles and shouldn't be having these problems. Some of the items found today were: Tune up needed @ $249.99 (done every 10,000-12,000 miles), **** Induction Cleaning @ $229.99 (done every ****** miles), and a leaking upper radiator hose @ $453.30. Since I was so egregiously lied to, I want Lexus of Wesley Chapel to cover these items.

    My husband and I have owned 3 Lexus vehicles. Never a problem until we decided to recently get serviced at Wesley Chapel. I will start by saying that the team (staff) are always very polite and prompt. However, this last visit has really rubbed us the wrong way, so much so, that we will not be back. My husband went in for a 5K service. He asked if they could give us a quote on a side view mirror and a small side panel at the very bottom of our car because there was a crack on the under side (not visible because it was under the car). The sales rep gave the quote and my husband who has broken English decided to purchase only the mirror for $147.38. The side panel was $1,356.84 so since we wouldn't see this small crack, he didn't want that part ordered. The rep ordered both and my husband paid for both, mistakenly. The order was $1504.22 in total. So, my husband said that it was his mistake and that we would have the 2 parts replaced. I was not at all happy because they took advantage of him and we could not cancel the order!!! SINCE WHEN DO YOU PAY FOR PARTS BEFORE THEY EVEN ARRIVE?? Let me guess, all due to COVID and these companies screwing their customers! If the rep went to see either of the parts - he would see that NEITHER needed to be replaced. The Following week, the parts were put on...and oh, I received a text saying that I could pick up the car - a day later - and the bill was $600 for the install. I complained to the sales rep about the additional $600 and he said sorry. I called the manager, he FINALLY said he would take off $165.00 for 1 hour of service. My 2ND question is, since when do you order a part for $148 and the labor is $350? So, I am disgruntled to say the least! If they want to earn my business, they should make it right. They took advantage of my husband being a foreigner and their tactics to TACK on install. At any honest shop, you have the FULL PRICE, not an oh by the way - to put the parts on - ITS EXTRA!
