Do not engage in business with this unethical organization. Truly symbolic of all the predatory practices traditionally employed by dealerships which will ultimately lead to the industry becoming as obsolete as a department store. Condescending salesman. Inability to adhere to request to utilize own lender. Arbitrarily added a premium service package in excess of $10,000. Discovery was made upon initial receipt of actual vehicle cost. Leadership blatantly refrains from engaging in conversation regarding unfortunate circumstances.

I would NEVER recommend this place or do business here again. I would truly give this business a -10 stars If I could. I brought my car in on September 7th with several issues: a malfunctioning AC, an intermittently working USB port, and for routine maintenance including an oil change and tire rotation. I also requested a diagnostic test to ensure there were no other underlying problems.A week later, I received my car back with the same issues persisting. To make matters worse, my battery died. When I contacted the dealership, the technician informed me that additional work was required, costing approximately $2,000. I was surprised, as these issues were not identified during the initial $200 inspection, which was supposed to thoroughly evaluate my vehicle. After raising my concerns, the technician changed their recommendation to simply replacing the battery, which conflicted with the previous advice of extensive repairs and at my own expense. This inconsistency and sub par communication have left me frustrated and questioning the quality of service provided.I have been a loyal Nissan customer for many years due to the brand's reputation for safety and reliability. However, in the past year, I have spent so much money on repairs for repeated issues that remain unresolved. I feel as though I am being taken advantage of, and this experience has significantly impacted my trust in this dealership

They do not sell the vehicles at the advertised price. They sneak in warranties and automatically sign you up for a payment plan than charges you extra to make your payments with out telling you about the fees. This finance team is bad news for consumers.

Straight hustled. You saw someone come in with amazing credit and that was your chance to screw them over. In a house of 8 drivers you had the opportunity to make a mint building a relationship and instead you decided to take advantage. 61k for a vehicle you had listed at 41k? We patiently waited 7hrs at your dealership to be screwed by you guys! Sad….

Beware. They claimed to fix my fuel gauge issue two different times and after paying over 1,000 my car is still having the same issue. James S., Jose, T, Jim B., treated me horribly and were dishonest and argumentative. They refused to refund me for the faulty service and said I needed to bring my car in for a 3rd time if I wanted to potentially get a refund. My car was dropped off in worst condition than when I brought it in. This place needs to be shut down, they are negligent. I will not be bringing my car in for a 3rd time.

I contact Wesley Chapel Nissan , tell them all the issues I am going thru after purchasing a used vehicle from them & they tell me to bring it in on 12/16/22, the service advisor by the name of Scott O. takes all of my info tells me that they are going to take care of all these issues at no charge to me & if their service mechanics cannot fix it they would send it to Wesley Chapel BMW to get it fixed & that they would also provide me with a loaner vehicle. After 2 days of not getting any update on the service of my vehicle, I call my service adviser Scott O. on 12/18/22 & he tells me that the sales manager (Courtney) has decided that they are not going to pay for any of these issues due to the car being sold to me as is. At this point I am extremely livid & the service advisor states that he is going to talk to the GM (Paul) to see if they can make things right with me. Again, after no communication for the entire day from either Paul the GM/Courtney the Sales Manager /or Scott, I call today & speak with Scott, & he tells me that they all agreed that their dealership is not going to accommodate me to make things right, because the car was purchased as is. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership & at this point I won’t ever purchase another vehicle there. I will also make sure that I make this known to any prospective buyer of the shady business practices that are going on there. Do not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership & definitely do not service your vehicle with them, as they will tell you that you have all sorts of issues with your vehicle to try & get you into another , while reselling your vehicle without servicing it to someone else for a whopping profit. Extremely shady business practices at this dealership!!!

I have never wrote a review because I do t ever feel to bad mouth s company but this company deserves it. I was coming to buy a used Nissan Sentra after passing my car down to my daughter for her senior year. I then find Wesley chapel Nissan and a car on their lot to purchase. I test drove it and wanted to start the paperwork only to find that I was being scammed with fake fees and charges. When I call them out (by the way their names were PIERO AND YOUSEF) on it and I find over 2,500 in charges like a trade in fee,, but I'm not trading a car in.... So they go and fix it telling me this is my new amount at 2185 so I'm putting 500 down which I didn't even have to becuase I found out my credit score was a 790. So my total with then be 20,485. I get my car note in the mail to find out my papers had been falsified and the total on my car is 24,665. If I wanted a new car I would buy one. These people disgust me and by the reviews the continue to get away with it and no one does anything about it
