1 starI purchased a 2022 Jeep with low miles and have had nothing but problems with it and especially their customer service. They had the vehicle more than I did for the 1st 2 months. I went over 10 days with no rental car and non was ever offered until I asked about 1. I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle, I had to go back 3 times before something was finally done. The Jeep ended up needing a rack and pinion and cost more than $4000- I was forced to use my extended service plan which we felt pressured into buying, even though this was an existing issue. I felt like I purchased from a small used car lot on ********, by the way I was treated. I was lied to several times during this by sales man, and managers-I was given very short answers and this was only after I contacted them. I will never purchase a car from here again. I know people are more likely to leave a bad review and sometimes it is more the individual leaving the review than the company, I wish I had time to go into details about my whole experience, just a warning from anyone needing a new or used car- stay away from Welsey Chapel toyota. And if you do end up going to Wesley Chapel toyota, do not get the extended warranty, you will over pay for it and never get to use it. They will tell you what you think is wrong is normal or that they see nothing wrong at all.

1 starWorst used car buying experience ever! Sent the truck out with totally shot upper and lower ball joints, they never changed the oil, cleared the tire pressure light and come to find out the truck is missing sensors, never held up to their end of the bargain about cutting a key and paying for an alignment (which I had in writing) overall it was a terrible experience. The store manager offered to buy the truck back and loose money vs just helping me out with the cost of parts. Kelsey my salesman was a nice enough guy. He did give me some false promises saying "they would make it right as rain" during the test drive but after the sale it all went to ****. But I will give credit where it's due, he was nice and did keep me updated throughout the process. Admittedly I did test drive the truck and immediately knew there was issues and still, against my better judgment decided to buy it. But I figured it was a reputable dealer, they will make it right! Boy was I wrong. As far the "used car manager" and their "repair technician" they were a couple of clowns. Terrible customer service skills, nothing but terrible attitudes and zero willingness to help. Hayden was incredibly inconvenienced and made that very clear. Cole the "tech" came out of the box swinging trying to defend the fact he miss diagnosed the truck. Talking over me and being down right nasty. The pictures don't do justice with the bad ball joints, in person they popped out of the socket and clicked. You can see the dirty oil, and residue of leaking power steering fluid which later I found was at the reservoir. Now that I've dished out all of the extra time and money I do love the truck, so there's that ?? BEWARE!

1 starI had a terrible experience with Toyota Wesley Chapel. After spending almost $800 on car service, I inquired about selling my 2022 Camry with only ****** miles. I was quoted $25,000 when I picked up my car, so we returned the next day expecting to make the deal. Once there, they changed the story, claiming the $25,000 offer was only for a trade-insomething they never mentioned before. With time constraints, they pressured us, dropping the offer to $22,000, saying they'd list the car for $26,000. We felt manipulated and deceived by their bait-and-switch tactics. To make matters worse, they promised same-day payment but took seven days to issue the check. I believe contacting Toyota corporate expedited the process, but it shouldn't have come to that. This dealership operates like sharks, and I will never buy or do business with them again. If you consider dealing with them, be vigilant and watch out for their underhanded tactics.Review fromrobert i

1 starIn November 2023 my 100% disabled veteran father went into the dealership to trade his 2019 Rav4 for the 2023 Highlander. He made sure that they knew that he had just refinanced the car and who to send the payoff check to. They did NOT. They sent it to the wrong creditor. It is now going on to 8 months and this has completely ruined his credit and Toyota is doing absolutely NOTHING about it. He's made several trips and talked to several people and still nothing. They even tried to get him to pay another few thousand dollars to fix this. IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT!!!! Wesley Chapel Toyota has not tried to rectify the situation and has only been making more excuses. He is in the middle of trying to buy a house and this is the ONLY thing stopping him. I am asking that someone from the dealership reach out to me or my father and make this right. His credit is so low that he can't do ANYTHING and it's all because of this transaction. It should have never happened. The level of professionalism at this dealership is appalling. They do not care for their customers. They want to close the deal and that is it!!! I tried calling both the GM and the head Sales Manager and they are both on Vacation until the end of the month. I've reached out to several other departments and have been told that I will get a call back and no one has bothered. This is terrible business practice. Something needs to be done about this ASAP!!!!!!

I reched out to this dealer because I was interested in a used vehicle they had on the lot. I point out to *** the ***** lady thatresponded to my inquiry that the dealer's AD COPY staes there are hidden costs. So I asked for a written *****'s Order .They would not provide with a written complete listing of costs.Don't do business with a dealer that is not on the up & up.Wesley Chapel Toyota

In looking into this I found that *** tried to address your concern and mentioned that she would have a team member reach out. The salesperson, JP sent pricing info pretty quickly after that. I believe that the issue was when he requested the registering information from you to get the pricing breakdown it was taken as a refusal to answer your questions.
I am sorry if you feel we were trying to hide fees or be misleading. We pride ourselves in being transparent. This is why we ask for a little more information because where you register the vehicle will potentially alter the fees.
I appears at this point that you have been sent a full price out the door. However, if you are needing additional information or if I am missing something please do not hesitate to contact me directly through whatever is your preferred method.
Thank you,

1 starThis stealership is a joke. They’re not interested in selling vehicles, they’re more concerned with trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Prices listed online do not reflect actual prices in person. A car I was interested in was 10k more when I viewed in person. This makes the prices way above KBB market value. In my experience they do not entertain reasonable offers and are not willing to adjust prices or remove their “Wesley Chapel Toyota Advantage” if it does not apply to you. This is simply a scheme to take Advantage of their customers hence the name. I was told that the vehicle was not on the lot long enough to accept any reasonable offers. I was requested to wait longer in case someone else is willing to buy the vehicle for full asking price before they would work with me. The only thing good I have to say is the internet sales associate Simon is a great guy and wants to make deals…but his internet sales “mangers” are holding him back. Best of luck if you decide to buy here, hopefully your experience is different than mine was.Review fromAlice S

1 starBefore buying an used car make sure you take a trusty mechanic with you on the purchase day... I bought my car back in 2020 and couple days after started to make a noise, I took it back because it was under warranty, the "technician" that looked over my car found "nothing" and the sales rep came back to me saying the technician told him that the prior owner was using regular oil instead synthetic and after couple oil changes the noise would go away. Well I normally take my car to ******* or take 5 for an oil change and the noise still there, I decided to take my car to the Toyota of ***** Bay this past Saturday for an oil change and they did an evaluation of my car per my request and results that the noise wasn't because of the wrong oil change, but because the front passenger axle and the end tie rod(both sides) need to be change. So now I'm here thinking, was the technician new and had no experience with cars or they were just trying to sell cars regardless of the conditions?,, this is something that could cause a bad accident for me and my family and of course y'all do nothing about it, because there's no longer a warranty and won't hold anyone accountable or be responsible for it. If anyone have any insight on how I can proceed with this situations please feel free to reply to this post, because that was irresponsable and unacceptable.
