    We signed a contract with Accord Roofing and paid $6250 to begin the job. Mr. * continuously would promise and give his word for almost 3 weeks to never show up and give excuses of having trouble pulling the permit, not coordinating the garbage tank on time, being sick with food poisoning, his guys not wanting to start without him and any other excuse he could come up with. *ave him plenty of chances but the excuses never added up so requested a refund. Waited to get a check 4 days to then not be able to deposit it because the account did not have the funds. We both have accounts at the same bank so the tellers would only tell me they were not able to deposit the check. He continues telling me lies and does not return my money. Accord Roofing is a fraud and a conman that has robbed me of $6250. I still need a new roof and dont have the money to do it. This man should not be able to rob people of their money like this.
