    I have paid Bespoke Design and Consulting $225,000+ for cabinetry remodeling going back to 2020. Three years later, my project is still not complete and I am stuck with botched cabinets and panels. The owners of Bespoke refuse to reply to a settlement offer and to warranty their defective products. What remains is the replacement of three panels which the manufacturer has already shipped to Bespoke, and fixing two cabinet doors that do not function. Bespoke refuses to deliver and install these panels and to fix the doors unless they are paid in full, prior to completion, which includes the alleged, unsupported charges. Specifically, I have asked for:1)Transparency I have already paid more than the initial proposal. What remains is over $20,000 in alleged additional charges, most of which were not approved nor pricing discussed. Bespoke has refused to provide proof of such charges or any accounting details including actual costs. The cabinets are in a cost-plus agreement and Bespoke refuses to provide any evidence as to the actual costs.2)Proper consideration for my additional expenses - We have been forced to incur additional expenses as a result of Bespokes unsatisfactory performance and repeated delays. These include, but are not limited to, damage to personal property and walls from installers, costs incurred due to inaccurate measurements resulting our need to reposition electrical and plumbing multiple times, and the purchase and repair of multiple items due to a poor management and workmanship. 3)Proof of release of liens from all subcontractors at least four different sets of installers worked my project. Bespoke refuses to provide proof of release of liens from subcontractors, as may be required under ******* law.4)Correction of remaining items Bespoke is refusing to deliver or repair the items in question until after payment is made in full, but they refuse to provide any detailed accounting of their additional charges.
