Subject: Urgent: Refund Not Received for Booting Service I am filing a complaint against Priority One Booting for failing to refund my $300 deposit from their booting service. On January 9, 2025, my vehicle was booted, and on January 10, 2025, I paid $393.60 for the servicewhich included a $300 refundable deposit. I followed their instructions by returning the barnacle within two hours (I even recorded the drop-off).Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. Every time I called, I was repeatedly asked if I returned the barnacle within two hours (which I did) and was promised a callback that never came. On January 28, 2025, I emailed the address provided on their website **************************** but my email was bounced back as undeliverable.Additionally, I visited their listed address at **********************************************. The building, however, showed no clear signage for Priority One Booting. I asked several businesses in the complex, but none confirmed the presence of the companyraising concerns about the accuracy of their contact information. Most recently, on February 11, 2025, I called again. Although the call was initially answered, the representative repeated Priority One Booting without addressing my concerns, then abruptly hung up; subsequent calls went straight to voicemail even though the office appeared ******* has now been over a month with no refund or adequate communication. I am extremely frustrated by their unresponsiveness and deceptive business practices. I request BBBs assistance in mediating this matter and securing my refund.Thank you,******** ******* ************** ************************* **************************************************
