  ********* and I decided because were getting olderthat we needed a generac to **ntrol the whole house in case of a bad hurricane cuz we live in ********We met ***** and he came to the house and we wanted the generator with the tankburied outside but **uldnt so we got the one with solar panels and batteries.Wepaid him atotal of $28,000 and he installed itapprox June of2021. From day 1 we had nothing but trouble.We would **me homeand half the housewould have no power. ***** wouldhave to **me fix it.This happened several times.Then my husband passed away. I was alonewhen these things kept happening.Then my daughterin law came down fromNew York to be with me and she would also see these things. Then the power would go out **mpletely during bad storms and the generator never came on. So we sat in the dark and the heat at least 3x due to that. Then one day ***** came to put a part in and he had to test it by shutting off the main to the house and when he did the generator never came on but when he turned the main back on nothing happened. We ended up spending over 6 hours in the heat and the dark until he got someone to **me help him fix it. He wont even talk to my dil anymore because he doesnt want to listen to her telling him to just fix it!! So then he said he needed to order a part for the a/c. It would be delivered to the house so the a/c ** **uld install it cuz we didnt want him to touch the brand new ac cuz the old one was struck by lightning a while ago. They came and installed it and ***** came and and still **uldnt make it work. A while later he came back and had his helper check the panels then he checked the ac and accused the ac ** of stealing his part! Absolutely not true!The part he sent here is the part they put in.Then he said that wasnt the part he sent here and accused ac ** of switching part to make money so I needed to pay $300 for a new part!No one stole the part and the thing hasnt worked since day one!! I shouldnt have to pay for anything

  It is interesting that the system is on-and-running currently. I have been to ****** home several times to correct issues with her system. Always prompt, on-time and on-schedule. I take very good care of *****, I have an 88 year-old mother and go out of my way to help folks. **** and she are very tiny and similar.  
  **** had a helper move in with her. The helper brought two very large dogs which are very active. Im concerned about *********************** and these huge dogs. After mentioning this to the helper, a steady attack upon me started. The helper is relentless in attacking me.
  Most recently, they had lightening hit their air conditioner. The lightening destroyed her air conditioner and also a solar part inside the air conditioner. I shared that was not covered under warranty. Lightening destroying a part is not a warranty item. And she is absolutely correct that I don't speak with the daughter in law anymore.  She is not knowledgeable and very combative. 
  You know what happened next, the helper is driving this rift which is totally avoidable.
