    This has been a horrible experience!!! They keep in contact with you until after you sign the papers. They mislead you about the tax credit, and they dont tell you whats actually going to happen when you file your taxes.. knowing that theyre going to profit off of it. Cant believe so many of us have done business with this company, and then to find out it was all a scam. They were in such a hurry to do business that **** even promised a $500 gift card for all the mixups and time wasted. Of course we never heard from them again after we were locked in.. of course there never was a gift card. I hope somebody can do something about this company and not have to go through what were going through. ******************. Do not do business with them.

    Cost/benefit not at all there. Don't do it. This is a terrible deal for the consumer. plus they take all the solar tax credits, you get nothing. I would love to get out of this deal.

    I haven't had the same issues with my panels that some other people on here have. I would, however, caution against doing business with Everbright for two main reasons: 1) the website where you manage your account is a joke. It shows you the balance of your account and allows you to make payments and that is it. There is no breakdown of the bill or a FAQ section or anything else that may be even remotely helpful to understanding your bill. Only 25% of my monthly payment is going to principal and I feel like I can't really reach out about how to remedy it. 2) It is tax season and I filed my taxes with a ***. My salesperson at ************* told me that I would qualify for a $17,000 tax credit that I could use to pay down the 53,000$ that I financed for a new roof and panels. Now I know that that is actually a $17,000 credit over three years, which means a lot more paid in interest than I was led to believe. But even in order to apply for the tax credit, my CPA wanted a breakdown of costs instead of just a statement with a lump sum on it. Between the Everbright website and reaching out to Convert Solar, I am still unable to get this breakdown. I was able to file my taxes, but it is super shady when companies refuse to tell you what exactly you are paying for.

    I am an Everbright customer since the summer of 2024. I don't doubt that people have some issues with their solar system. They know better than I do. All I can tell you was that my family had an excellent experience with the two salesmen. One was an apprentice who was in college. They me with me, my adult son and my wife for two hours. They explained the entire process to us and answered all of our questions, We were running electric bills of $300 to $400 a month because we could not get caught up. Now, we are paying $165 a month and that will go up in very small increments for the next 20 years, but will still be very affordable. We are in the process of paying down the actual electric bill and that is close to being done.. It was explained that in times of low solar source, such as in the winter, we could still receive a bill from the electric company as we are tied into the grid. The only "issue" we had was the length of time it took from when the panels were installed and everything hooked up, to when we could actually turn on the solar. That was not the fault of the company, but we were at the mercy of the County inspector and his schedule. The monthly payments have been easy to make via online and they do send out reminders. So, overall, our experience with Everbright and the solar process has been very good.

    Literally Prison Forever!!!!!!!!! My parents are trying to sell their house but they cant because of this company!!!! They dont have the solar panels anymore, it was removed because you guys installed without of the condominium permission!!! My grandparents live with them and they are suffering a lot with this situation. They just need an answer

    They made promises and didnt keep them. It was all done on a tablet and they rushed you to sign it fast. Not explaining the contract at all. I wish I never did this . I wish there was a way out. Everbright is the worse company i have ever delt with. If there was some way we can all get together and make them own up to their scam.

    For some time I was calling everbright daily to tell them how this was not working out for us. There was a misunderstanding and my credit score was hit. All I'm looking for is for everbright to rescind the hit on my credit score. Our account is paid and up to date now and id like my creditscore to be fixed.

    We were sold our solar panels with the promise that it would cut our Edison bill completely, our monthly payment is $249.00 but we have yet to see any difference in the cost of our Edison bill. In the summer months I was still paying $249.00 + $500 Edison bills. The representative told us that we would not have a BIG Edison payment anymore and it would be cheaper for us to move to solar. This was a complete LIE, I have called Everbright and they state that all our panels are working fine and that there should be no issues. I am paying more for electricity now with Solar since I have to pay for Everbright and Edison. Our usage has not changed and this is shown on the Edison app, since they compare the usage from previous year. At this point it is hard to keep up with both payments, if Everbright cannot keep up with their sale promises then I do not want the solar panels on my house. I have had to set up a payment arrangement with Edison and Everbright reports late payments to my credit. I feel like this is so unfair to me as a customer, if I was still going to be paying high costs of electricity bills I should just rejected the offer for solar panels. I would not recommend this company to anyone it has been a complete nightmare!

    We had the salesman tell us that it would cut our energy bill 60%. Well it hasnt cut our bill at all. We receive a ***** credit from the light company. It is even in the promotional papers we have. I have cut my usage in half thinking it would catch up and save me money that way. ****. Only a 9.00 credit. They are false advertising and we want satisfaction. We have contacted them and they just send us to different people with no answers.
