If there was a way to give negative stars, Netto Motors would be the prime candidate for such a rating. Words can hardly describe the utter disappointment and frustration experienced at this establishment, but I'll try my best to share with other potential customers about the malpractices of this ************* husband and I had the misfortune of interacting with Netto Motors and it's safe to say that I wouldnt dare recommend this place to my worst enemy. The level of dishonesty and unethical behavior we witnessed is beyond my comprehension. They don't just bend the truth about their vehicles; they outright snap it in two and throw it out the ********* all started when we made the over 3.5-hour trek to this dealer, after ensuring the vehicle of interest matched our expectations. The sales person we spoke to was as EXTREMELY rude as they come, displaying a level of discourtesy that is unacceptable for any salesperson. Despite his attitude, we spoke to him more than five times during multiple weeks to verify the condition of the car, assuring us that it was worth the journey.When we arrived, one glance at the vehicle told us everything we needed to know about Netto Motors. The car was nothing like the one we had been assured of, but it was all a facade and nothing like what we had been promised. Vital parts were missing or exchanged, and the car seemed precariously held together by sheer willpower and probably some cheap glue. Not to mention the spray paint job, which might have looked better if done by an unskilled toddler; it was clearly an abysmal attempt to throw a veil over what I can only guess was a collage of "indiscretions."And let's not forget their pricing strategyprice gouging should be their middle name. Its apparent that the prices they set are a blatant attempt to recoup losses from their clearly poor business practices.Netto Motors, consider this review a public service announcement. Customers, stay well clear of this dealership.
