    The ** company worked with my roofer and installed a new dog house on my Air conditioning unit. After the repair was finished our roof began to leak after heavy rain. The contractor has refused to repair the dog house to stop the leaking. The *************** has placed in writing that the dog house was not installed properly, hence the roof leaking. We now have dry wall damage to ************ of our home. They are refusing to do the work. Or reimburse for the work to be done.

    This is 100% a roofing issue. It has been over a year from the day we did this job. I'm 100% certain you need a roofer too do a good repair for this. I believe this probably had a piece of flashing and it blew off or something due to the fact it has been there for over a year. Attached you will find the photos and we also paid her roofer that she hired to go back and fix his work. Attached you will find contact for the roofer and a letter stating the facts.
