    Their Agent representative lie to me from the very beginning. Told me their were no monthly or annual fees. They did not even setup my account correctly, misspelled email so I didn't receive notices or could not login to account - took 4 months to straight out.March Statement said they are raising rates and transaction fees and that the Merchant who are being assessed the annual fee as a new fee may terminate their merchant agreement without the assessment of an early termination fee. Terminated like they told me to do, but still being assessed the early termination fee.

    This is the worst merchant services company I have ever dealt with. I was lied to by the sales representative (****** *****) about monthly pricing. My customer service rep **** never answered phone calls/emails regarding issues with the account. I will never use this company ever again and I will advise anyone considering this company to never get involved.

    This company is for sure NOT small business friendly, I very seldom did credit card transactions because of their 3.99 % leverage fee, I had my last transaction deducted (over $1500) from my business account and now it's been on hold for the past couple of days,(TRANSACTION REVIEW) and I'm finding out it will take several days before it can be resolved... all because of not using it, their so called (RED FLAG) I have wasted countless hours trying to get this resolved and I got nowhere overall experience I would give them NOT EVEN HALF STAR HORRIBLE and no one cares except for ****** who was the only one with common sense and apologetic I ended up closing my account and also coming out of pocket to ship back their equipment.... and YES THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY until further review.. I refuse to give you my bank statements HORRIBLE way of doing business I want NO part of you BIG MISTAKE!!!

    Random amounts taken out of account every month and constant audits taking up hours of my time . Once service was finally cancelled ( took 2 months after submitting cancellation form and calling them everyday to close the account ) they will take another $499 out of account. Not small business friendly at all , it was a huge mistake going with this company and ended up costing my business over $1,000 to have them for a year.

    After further review, we can confirm that your account was closed on 2/5/2025.  In addition, we were unable to identify any billing errors that may have occurred as indicated in your review.  The fees billed to your account were part of the fee schedule that is outlined on page 2 of your Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA) that was originally signed on 9/7/2023.     This company is a scam ! They gave me 3 months to try for free ! I canceled after 2 1/2 or at least tried to no one would return my calls or emails and the sales person had quit ! They still charge me $199 every couple of months I have to close out my bank account and reopen at a different bank to make this stop !

    Do not use this company for your businesses merchant services. I closed my account in September of 2023 because of very bad customers service, and they continue to charge me $199.00 every few months. I have spent hours trying to fix this. They acknowledge the mistake, reverse the charges, but then charge my account again, in a never-ending loop.

    !!!DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!Merchant Lynx are scam artists and thieves. The *** lied to me during the sign up process told me there is no monthly fee and the rates were very low. After signing up I get charged way more than what I signed up for so I cancelled for which they charged me $495. I just checked my checking account and they are trying to charge me the $199 annual fee even tho I cancelled months ago. I called and they said it was a mistake. If I didn't check my checking account it they would have charged me and not refunded the money. !!!DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPLANY!!!!

    Total **** ,unauthorized charges every other month I had to keep goin to my statements $75 ,$293 another $75,$46 and no answering custumer service ,dont fall for these thiefs
