    I enrolled in pure debt solution approximately 4 years ago. Now suddenly I can't reach them and in of the credit cards that was supposedly paid off the company says owe them 3500. Where is this company?? Please help me

    I reached out to ******** to ask for assistance with a debt .. I guess they signed me up with ******* group to start taking payments from me for a year ( about $2k total ) and said they would work with my debt to pay it off or something .. but a year later LPG went bankrupt and never did anything to dispute my charges and I still owe all my debt and they took all my money and wont give it back .. I just want to pay my debt legally and LPG didnt call me back for months and no one from PDS called me and LPG has ****s of bad complaints on the BBB now. Fraudulent activity

    I was served from my home a summons to come to court. I called Pure Debt Solutions and they told me not to go to court, they will fax me the papers, **** or **** told me this. No one went on my behalf and later a judgment was sent to me of $6,900, not to mention all the money I had sent them before this. Now I am with the ******************** and I pay $285 a month. I asked Pure Debt Solutions where all the money is that I sent to them regarding this debt. I have not heard anything from them since.

    The client received a Judgment on her Discover account that was being handled by ******* and Associates. We tried negotiating this account to avoid the client having to go to court due to her health issues. For us to be able to accept the offer they were giving us we need the client to increase her draft. 

    She was contacted several times in the beginning of December 2021 about this until we were able to get a hold of her on the phone on 12/21/2021. We advised of what needed to be done to avoid going to court and she didn't have any extra funds at the moment to be able to accept the offer. 

    She then texted us on 12/21/2021 that she wanted to cancel. We tried several times from that date to reach her on several phone calls and text messages with no luck. Due to her not making any payments in that time either into the program on 12/29/2021 she defaulted on the settlement she had with Credit Control and Second Round. 

    We continued to text her and call her until we got a hold of her on 01/05/2022 that when finally answered our call and we were able to inform her again of the situation with Discover and that she had defaulted on the settlements and she understood at that moment and still wanted to cancel. She was cancelled from the program and she didn't have any available balance in her Escrow account for us to send back to her. She hadn't made a payment in the program since 10/2021. So, any funds she had were being used to cover any settlements payments and fees associated to her program until she didn't have more funds in her escrow causing her to default on the settlement arrangements.

    After all this the client called on 02/14/2023 to go over the program and where here money went. The rep that spoke with her that day broke down the program to her and we had a Supervisor call her back on 02/16/2023 to go over everything with her again and we broke down to her where every dollar she paid into the program went to and sent her by mail a copy of Zero balance letters for the accounts completed in the program. Then she called back on 02/22/2023 to confirm that she received them. So, we have provided the client all the information she wanted and answered all the concerns she had.
