    They refuse to stop calling me and trying to solicit my business after I have told them on numerous occasions to take me off of their call list and to stop calling me.

    I was only with the company for 2 months I had found something more reasonable and in less time. I had asked for my money back for the two months that I was there this started in July of 2024 and it is now October 31st of 2024 and I have still not received the two months back and they said they were the best at what they do. I have been calling customer service and I get no answer I'm like wow customer service there is none. ***** *. Don't wast your time with them

    If I could give negative stars I certainly would! Quite literally the worst experience I've had with any company ever. Not only did they literally not settle a ***** worth of debt as promised, while taking roughly $1,200 of payments from me. They then have the nerve to try and say I owe them money. They upheld absolutely nothing that was promised in our contract. Never give straight answers other than "we're working on it" or "we're getting close" for literally the 6-8 months I waited trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I would highly suggest not even considering doing any business with this company or any of its affiliates.

    These people are straight out scammers, they made a contract with me and they started taking $150.00 every 3rd of the month January 3rd to June 3rd!, and I had enough of these crooks!, would never give me updates or nothing! So I am barely filing a complaint today September 20th 2024!, $900.00 is a lot of money to just walk away from without getting a remedy for absolutely nothing that they did but ruin my credit more I have lost 200 points off my credit score thanks to these scammers!! I am working only part time and Im 66yrs old so its painful to know that Im trying to help myself and these guys pushing me down instead of pulling me up!! Dont ever go to this credit debt service all they do is take your money!, Im going to get an Attorney to!,So if they want a fight they got one in me!, I dont like being scammed on!

    They are thieves. After numerous phone calls, being hung up on transferred to ??? I heard a baby in the background so that confirmed my suspicions thus company is nothing but a scam.

    They have scammed me out of 300 . Total A** holes. they told me they would take care of everything and all my creditors are calling me. They need to be arrested!!

    This Company is an absolute fraud. They say that once you sign up, you contact your creditors and tell them you are being represented by them and they will leave you alone until debts are negotiated and paid off. This is an absolute lie. Four lawsuits, one lost job and $9000 in payments and I had to file Bankruptcy.. They did not issue a refund. They said they had to be paid for their work. What work!!! Nothing was paid off or down. Just a complete ripoff. Would love to file a class action suit against these predators. Anyone else interested in doing so please contact me.******************
