            I PUCHASE WHAT I WAS TOLD WAS AN ATTENDED WARRANTY FOR MY LEXAS RS350. WHEN I TRIED TO YOU USE THE WARRANTY, I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT 100% AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME 75% OF THE MONEY I PAID. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED LETTER. WHEN I CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AAP PRORATED THE AMOUNT FROM ******* TO ******. THEY CLAIM THIS WAS FOR THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. COMPANY WOULD NOT GIVE ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS.

            I was contact by them and told they service would cover my whole engine plus components. I was told after 30 days and **** miles i can start to use the service. To make a long story short a year into yhe contract i got a seal leak which it stats in my contract they cover if its another issue that they cover likr my cooling system engine or transmission go bad. Well my cooling system went bad and they refuse to pay anything that was listed on my contract eclipse gold.The wouldnt do my brakes thats listed, my seal leak or the cooling system they told the dealership they would pay and never contacted them back or sent the email they where asked.Their patient and nice when yhey are reeling you in and after that yhey dont have much to say to you and its a run around system thats gone have ypu chasing your tail.
