To say this office is an absolute disgrace to customer service would be an understatement. The bare minimum someone can ask for is for someone to answer the phone. I went in about a week and a half ago from this review, because I simply had a cough and a few other symptoms and I just wanted to get antibiotics before I leave the country. After the appointment, I waited a day or two to pick up my medication. Came to find out they sent it to the wrong cvs. The young lady barely spoke English but thats fine, because Im Colombian and spoke to her in Spanish so she can understand me better. She confirmed the medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy, and confirmed with me the address of the correct one so they can send it. Another day passed. I go to my cvs and still nothing. After many attempts to reach the office, another young lady said they sent it to the wrong cvs again and apologized. Frustrating but ok cool. Get it right now please. This young lady confirmed the cvs and said she will send it. My cvs again did not have anything for me. I began to really get frustrated rightly so but never inclined to be disrespectful. Yesterday I called during my lunch. I called 18+ times. They got tired of me calling. im certain they placed their phone on dnd because at some point I called and it wouldnt ring anymore. It would just beep as if their phones were out of service.. Days ago I left a message for them and surprisingly enough they called me back today to see what I needed. The lady on the phone clearly didnt know the issues Ive been having. I explained it all. I told her I had spoken to someone yesterday and that they confirmed the correct cvs and they said they would tell the doctor to send. she could not tell me if the prescription was sent. She asked me if I would like to hold. I said absolutely. She put me on hold and the machine asked me to leave a voicemail and I had to hang up. I have yet to know where my prescription is. They are not providing me with my meds.
