    *********************** of Magnolia Restoration Has been paid $12,500 on two separate occasions for a total of $25,000.We have canceled checks for proof of payment.The job consisted of sheet rock repair, paint and carpet as well as construction clean up for three bedrooms.The first payment was made in Feb 2022 and the second payment was in March of 2022 and the job is still not completed The painter has not been paid ***** still owes the painter $1500.00.He keeps making excuses as to why the job hasnt been completed.We need the work completed.This could be considered Elderly Abuse because the two ladies that live in the house are 93 and 71 .My mother an I feel very taken advantage of by this man with all his empty promises and the fact that the painter told us he has not been paid. As well as cleanup construction trash has been piled up on the side of the house for three months. Its a huge mess.Please help us get this resolved.Its been three years since the hurricane destroyed our home and its still not fixed. Any assistance you folks can be would be greatly appreciated. Its really causing undue stress we really need assistance.
