    We purchased a golf cart from Gorilla Rides in *************** ** on 9/9/23. The company charged us ******** for the golf cart to be Street ready and we were told by our sales person ***** that we would receive a Vin number, tag, title, and registration. Since purchase date on 9/9/23 we still DO NOT have a vin number, tag, title, or registration and therefore we CANNOT LEGALLY DRIVE THE **** or INSURE THE **** WITHOUT A VIN NUMBER.Golf cart was DELIVERED on 9/9/23. We called and reported SEVERAL ISSUES to ***** on 9/10/23. The golf cart was RETURNED to the company on 9/14/23 to be FIXED. The cart was RETURNED back to us on 9/22/23 without notice and was very DIRTY and NOT FIXED.The radio/clock did not work when purchased and still doesnt work properly, mostly all channels are static noise.The battery still discharges quite rapidly only after driving a couple miles.The speedometer is constantly under by 3 mph. We were told these issues would be corrected but they were NOT. We spent 15k on a golf cart and feel like we have been taken advantage of.This company does not answer the phone most of the time and does not respond to emails or voicemails. We have no choice but to report them to the Better Business Bureau and we are requesting to return the golf cart as soon as possible and get our money back.

    Our golf cart is in their shop AGAIN since 10/3/23.  
    We sent the business another email since the manager ****** did not call back this week like he said he would.
    The manager ****** called and told me on 10/9/23 at 5:33pm that we would have our golf cart back on Wednesday 10/11/23 in the morning first delivery of the day. 
    We never heard anything back from him and nobody called and nobody showed up with our cart. I called and spoke to ***** on 10/11/23 and he said The manager ****** was not there and I requested a call back and he never called back. 
    They have our Golf Cart for a 2nd time since we purchased it on 9/9/23. They picked up our golf cart again on 10/3/23 and today is 10/13/23 and we still do not have our golf cart. 
    We need a full refund due to multiple and ongoing issues with this cart. 
    We are extremely dissatisfied with the company. This appears to be a lemon of a golf cart. This is the second time the cart is in their shop since it was delivered on 9/9/23.
