    I signed up for **************************** workout service which I have done a couple times and never had any issues. In November of 2024 I signed up for another discounted workout through TikTok or ******** (not sure which) with this company for $15.19 on 11/25/24 but never used the app or services provided at all. I was not made aware that they would continue charging me each month and I did not see that stated on the sign up agreement. I have never received an email or communication saying that my card was going to be charged ever. I realized that I have been being charged $38.95 per month on 12/23/24, 1/20/25, 2/17/25, 3/17/25, and 4/14/25. I contacted the company and they said that the only way they would issue a refund is if I did the workout and did not see results which I think is messed up since they can see that I never used anything from their service. I can not go to the BBB since they are located out of the country so I am not sure what to do at this point. I would love some help with this issue because we are talking about hundreds of dollars when I am barley making ends meet even though I have a job and paying way to much monthly for rent and all my other bills. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

    Recieved a charge of ***** on 3/13/25 for a service I never signed up for. The customer service *** canceled my account, that I didnt even have, and is now denying a refund. I intend to charge back and cancel my credit card, file a complaint with BBB, and make my review known on ****** and the like. ******** scam business!!

    I placed an order for a Pilates kit and an additional sports bra and biker shorts on 1-20-25 (order placed date) order ******. I returned their entire product that they received on 2-18-25. They will not respond to emails or social media to get my refund of $261.15. To this date I still have not received my refund or any contact with this company. Delivery was to their mailbox on 2-18-25 at 10:40 am and I used their label that they provided to me.

    Please see additional messages from both my bank denying my charge back and then the response from the company that came yesterday. To date they did not reply to any messages. A charge back was filed when I attempted to reach the company in January to get a return authorized and shipping label to return it. I did not hear back so I filed a charge back. ******* found that the company was real and told me I had to get a refund from the store since the merchandise was returned. They did receive the merchandise to the address I provided yesterday on 2-18-25. They will no longer communicate with me. They have my $261.15 plus the merchandise.

    I had signed up for couples services on this website and they data breached my ****** account. I didnt know what was happening for the longest time, they took my data. It seemed like my partner was doing it all and I blamed people that shouldnt have. I called the police finally after feeling violated for so long. I wound up having to delete my entire ****** account everysingle social media app. I lost my entire lifetime of photos, all my pictures of my family and friends my children. It made me feel so low that I had no where to turn or trust. I assure you I am doing much better I got a trauma counselor I did file a complaint with local law enforcement but I do believe the data breached is bigger then I thought and its my own fault for letting it go on as long as I did without saying anything to the right person about the help I needed. I appreciate being able to make a complaint so this doesnt continue to happen. I dont think anyone should have to endure anymore of this emotional abuse, pain, or turmoil. This greatly effected my loved ones lives. Thank you for potentially putting a stop to further allegations against ******* family, daughter kaisli **** son krew wan street sister ******** ****** my now ex boyfriend Dakota ******. ******* wireless I would think they were the ones hacking me cause they had access to the phone *****************************.     Theyve been charging me since August 2024 for a service I do not use. They refused to refund my money back. They are thieves I dont even have access to their services.

    1/26/25- In spite of cancelling my subscription in appropriate time and fashion and then sending written correspondence my account was charged over $90 for a service I never signed on/up for and the company told me in order to get a refund I have to log in and show proof of use for something I DID NOT USE. It is a SCAM, unfortunately I am now seeing how much of a scam it is through similar reports and complaints. It is oppressively impossible to detach from the company who takes and utilizes your information clearly as they please and also provides no means through tracking/app/online to support a request. This is frustrating and taxing to say the least. Do not get scammed by their marketing strategy which often shows up on your algorithm detaching from the service is utterly impossible without first being taken advantage of. READ The complaints and reviews. $94 for something I cancelled in 2024 and a service I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. Now I am talking to a bot for assistance.

    I had signed up for the intro offer ONLY. Better Me did not make it clear that they would continue to charge me for additional services after that unless I cancelled. I have requested a refund, and they have responded first to say:1. We cannot help you unless you cancel your subscription first, which I already had.2. Then they asked me why I wanted a refund and gave me the option to respond with a list of choices which included "I was charged an unwanted renewal fee".3. Then they said my request for refund "doesn't quite match" their Money Back Policy and then offered to sell me more services.These responses are actively side-stepping any response I might provide in my request for refund and these billing practices are predatory.

    Hello ******,

    This company has since offered and processed a 50% refund of my original request for a 100% refund.  They did so after persistently offering me other products and services that appeared to be attached to the refund offer as a requirement to engage and spend further.  You will see in the emails that they deny this, but it should also be noted that they are not immediately transparent or forthcoming without my having to stand for an overt statement otherwise.

    I do not consider the 50% refund a satisfactory resolution, but it is likely the only resolution available given the circumstances.

    Betterme business refused to refund auto-subscription which I was not aware of as it did not reflect in my apple id. This scam business subscribe you for 60 cents promotional price and then charges you $66.65 after. There is no information on auto-subscribe. I requested a refund on the day subscription renewed and they refused the refund. Dishonest scam business.

    I saw the BetterMe app on Instagram. I started to fill out a membership and did include my credit card info, but at no point did I select JOIN NOW or APPROVE SALE or anything like that. I canceled the app before making a final purchase because I had changed my mind. I never set up an account. Then I saw in my email they drafted out ***** (just about an hour later). I immediately emailed and described what happened, that I didn't intend to sign up, never made an account, and never even approved the purchase. They said they deleted my account but just ghosted me when I asked if I was getting my money returned.

    I downloaded BetterMe for a month off the App Store. I unsubscribed from the App Store and thought the company would stop charging me. Betterme claims you must unsubscribe from both the App Store and their website which I did not even know they had, let alone visited. I have sent the company proof of my history to their website with no visits other than the day I found they were still charging me. There is nowhere that says you must cancel in two places. This is stealing. They say to unsubscribe, go to the App Store. I did. Never did they mention I had to go to the website and also unsubscribe there also. This is blatant robbery
