      Betterme app charged me almost $300 for literally nothing! I paid for a trial $6.93 and NEVER agreed to more. This company is a scam. They even charged my card $1,00 and then refunded it which is a red flag to me. in my research I am not the only one. This company needs to be stopped.

      Betterme app had been charged my account several times through a PayPal and chase accounts. We never signed up or have anything to do with this company and we dont know why they charge us several months for the amounts of $99.99 and $38.99 a month. Please refund our money back.

      I canceled a subscription and they keep charging me.

      I signed up for an online subscription to a health app and cancelled before the monthly auto renewal. I received a message saying today that the subscription had been charged again so I reached out to customer service with a screenshot of the website page that confirmed my subscription had already been cancelled. I got a response saying that I had not cancelled before the auto renewal date, that the company had cancelled the subscription for me today, and that I STILL needed to log into my phone and cancel the subscription on my phone. If I have proof that my subscription was already cancelled and company is saying that they also canceled my subscription today, why do I have to cancel the subscription for a third time?? They also offered to give me a partial refund, (which companies dont do unless they are culpable in some way) but I would like my entire refund as I have proof that my subscription was already cancelled. Its the principle at this point. I should not have to pay for following the rules.

      I guess me telling the business that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau prompted them to do the right thing. I received a full refund and an apology this morning. My apologies for wasting your time. Can this complaint be closed?

      They keep trying to charge me for a service I don't use or want.
