Ive been getting calls on a continuous basis regarding getting health insurance. Ive declined moving forward or say Im not interested then the caller hangs up right away. I asked to be removed from the calling list and *** said absolutely not and hang up on 3/5/25 @ 2:09 MST. I need the calls to stop because theyre harassing me and unnecessary. I filled out a form looking for rates. Prodigy called me non stop day and night and when you ask to be removed from list, they cant say thanks or no problem have a nice day, they hang up on you. Make a customer not a sale. When I do need to switch insurance, it will *never* be with these harassing jerks.Initial Complaint

Prodigy Health insurance I keep getting phone calls from this company, I have asked them at least ******************************************************************************************************* names and yelling at me over the phone when I tried to resolve the issue and ask to speak to a manager. Its been two weeks I have been receiving daily calls from them, I never even looked at their company nor did I give out my phone number. This company is calling me five plus times a day and I have asked them to please stop and they refuse. When I ask they to stop these are just a few things I hear; 1) they just laugh and hang up, 2) F**k you, or 3) no, we'll call back again. I enquired health insurance about Audiology from ********** from looking it up online. Since then, I have been getting 20 calls a day demanding a purchase for health insurance. One group identified as Prodigy Insurance. The rest have no business name, no employee last name, employee ID number, or Company Location. I have told them, that I was not interested in any insurance, and they simply ignore all of my directions to Stop calling and demanding a purchase for health insurance.Customer Answer

This bad company claims to be a health care provider or ************************************* Although they continue to call after my complaint with the BBB and my new Health Insurance policy registration with Blue Cross/Blue Shield from my employer.
They are not a legitimate company or they would have all of the updated facts considering my health coverage.
Theyre a fraudulent company and con artists. I wouldnt discuss any information with them.

I did a ****** search for dental/health coverage. On August 30, 2024 I contacted OptimalHealthPlans, a proprietary product of Prodigy Insurance Associates LLC - NPN ****** for more information. They have predatory call methods and since then they have called me over 50 times per day. I've answered the phone a number of times and asked to please take me off the call list because I'm no longer interested. I was told by an employee ******, no and to just stop answering. Who do they think they are? They harrass me all day and have the audacity to tell me what to do with my phone that i pay for??? I don't know what to do as the calls won't stop.Initial Complaint

On May 24, 2024, while searching for affordable health insurance, I sent my phone number to this company. They called me right away and led me through their application process. This company tricked me into giving them personal information over the phone (SSN) instead of giving me the option to send the information discretely. They then proceeded to ask for a credit or debit card to process my monthly premium. I realized that insurance companies usually do not ask for payment information until after an application had been approved, so I hung up, but now they will not stop calling me. I request for the company to delete the information I gave them and to quit calling me. My encounter with the company leads me to believe that they have fraudulent practices, or they are a scamming operation.Initial Complaint

Provided Heaith Insurance for me. I did not recognize the name that was used on my card so cancelled the card in July of 2023, which cancelled the insurance. However, the company charged me $150.93/month from November of 2023 through March of 2024, a total of $754.65. I called them yesterday to officially cancel the account-after contacting my credit card company and the Prodigy Group in ********** who both said they were not responsible-and asked for my money to be returned, as I did not have that insurance from July of 2023 to the present-the rep did say they had cancelled the coverage due to non-payment in July 2023.
