      I retained the services of this law firm to help me with a foreclosure case. The agreement was that I paid $1500 up front to retain the firm and $495 per month until the case closes. I had a hearing for Final Judgment on 7/18/24 at 8:45 am and according to the Clerk's office official records the court minutes sheet stated that the Defendant/attorney failed to appear, causing me to lose the extension time that I needed in order to have enough time to close on the sale of the property. Furthermore, the attorney/s that was assigned to my case were in fact at another hearing that was scheduled at or around the same time as my hearing. When confronted with this findings the law office denied the allegations and was adamant that there was an attorney present at the hearing. I sent a formal email asking for proof that this is accurate, otherwise I will be filing a formal complaint for malpractice and retaining another attorney for this matter.
