I applied for a loan online and got a call back from this company telling me they approved my loan, but before they could deposit the money they had to and quote: "As part of our loan process, we are pleased to inform you that once you complete the Credit Boost Process, the loan funds will be made available directly into your checking account ending with *********** at ********************* within 2-3 hours. This ensures a swift and convenient transfer of funds for your immediate use., they wanted me to wire the deposit of 400 or 500$ right away and of course I said no, not until the funds of their deposit is available in my account to take it out in cash and then send it to them through moneygram. Then they said that was ok , but in order to get it done faster I should give them my account online login and that would be faster. I thought that was weird but since I rarely use that account it wasn't like I had money for them to rob me. But then after that I was trying to check my balance online through my bank but instead I was not able to login and a couple days later I got this letter from my bank saying my check deposit was fake and it was being returned and that I had to pay now the return check fee ???? I'm attaching all the documentation I have and what I want it's to make a complaint and report this company as fraudulent and illegal. Also I want them to write a letter to my bank and any other credit company and tell them they were responsible for this and not me. I don't want this to hurt my credit more. Also I want them to pay the return check fee and compensation for all the time I wasted with them which was hours on the phone through email. I hope you guys please help me with this situation. ??
