5 starsSafe found moving in storage is the best moving company on the face of the earth. They did exactly what they were supposed to do in a timely and effective manner. 5 starsJust had the best moving experience from these fellas. Brett, Jonathan and David just made my day! Maybe my year. Hired Safebound to move us from Boynton Beach to Tampa. An absolute flawless process. People sometimes forget to praise their crew after the services but Ill be one who's glad to do it Yes, the reviews threw me off a little bit but Patric, my account manager made sure to convince me to believe that all of it is truly in the eye of the beholder. Once my work relocates me again to Indianapolis, Ill be sure to call them again. If youre on the sidelines, get in. They are the truth.Review fromCindy W

5 starsWe sold our vacation home in Florida and wanted to take the contents to our lake house in New York - Safebound did an amazing job with it. They had 5 guys come to the house and work relentlessly to pack and load the home into their truck. When the folks got to the house, we mentioned how we had to have another company come in to do some junk removal, and wouldn't you know Safebound does that too. So less than an hour later we had a Safebound dump truck at the house and two more guys to take away some of the furniture we didn't need anymore. I paid for what they call expedited shipping, and my husband and I more or less followed the truck the entire way up 95 from Florida. We lost them somewhere around Delaware but caught back up to them halfway through New Jersey. The crew and office were excellent with communication and the only thing that broke on the move was the glass on a picture that I packed myself. This is our last move, but if it weren't I would rely on them in a heartbeat. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.Review fromSonia P

*** moved 6 times in as many years and, always set up by my company. Ive never seen a crew wrap and pack a 4 bedroom home more quickly and efficiently than the folks they sent out. When I first say them I was skeptical because they didnt look like the biggest strongest guys, and Ive got heavy furniture, but they had me shooketh with the way 2 of them handled the 350lb armoire down the stairs. Im recommending that my company use Safebound as their preferred vendor from here on out.

Last Sunday Safebound helped me move my father. It was a small job, done in a sprinter van. The movers were excellent, the office crew were very accommodating after my fathers closing dates changed. Everyone treated us like we were the most important thing on the roster.Kudos to Safebound, Ill be calling back in a 2 months for my own move to *********.Safebound Moving & Storage

They has my items in storage for close to 6 months while I was away for work. Just got delivered to my new house today and they set up my house up just how I anted it. The guys were friendly and joked around the hole time but still worked good. Its nice to see people who are good at the jobs and enjoying their jobs.Ill definitely use them next time I need to move.Safebound Moving & Storage

From the beginning, they were informative and professional. *** helped me set up my move. ******, **** and **** were extremely professional and went above and beyond when they arrived. 5 starsAfter hiring 1 company,(Moving Broker First National Van Lines, FL), who took my money & went M.I.A., I was extremely concerned w/ hiring another. I decided to go straight to a "moving co." instead of "moving broker" when hiring a replacement. I found, "Safebound Moving & Storage" through Google. On Jan. 31st, I spoke with Luke, who ran me through the same EST routine as the 1st. It was +200% the cost of the original broker @ $3500 flat rate for 125mi./600 Cu.Ft.. But, I just needed to get it done, & felt comfortable "enough" with Luke & Safebound. I gave them a 33% deposit for an "unknown date". Due to the 1st company's muck-up, I needed an "ASAP" move date. Luke said, they could most likely have it scheduled for next couple days. But I lived in a rural part of the state, & (thankfully) mentally prepared for the move to take up to 1 Wk. I didn't hear back, & called Safebound on Jan. 2nd. I was told it looked like it was scheduled for Mon.(6th), but would receive a call from SB Ops. to verify. I received a call Jan. 3rd, and confirmation for Mon. b/w 9a-11am, but here's where some confusion came about.. On "Sunday (5th)", I received a txt that the movers were 1 hr. away. I was caught off-gard, & still hadn't finished a few things like taking down my TV/Mount, & packing up last few items. 2 guys showed up with a truck, when I was told a 3-man crew would be coming. But, the 2 guys were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They: worked fast, helped w/ ALL my last packing tasks, & bc of the date confusion they appeased me On-The-Spot by loading/moving more boxes/furniture than I'd anticipated. They saved me a 2nd trip! They moved everything "directly" to my new residence, & placed the boxes in each room directed. I was INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED w/: how they handled & packed my possessions, their attitudes, patience, & general overall service! I WOULD hire again! 1 starI hired Safebound to move our household items from Oregon to Pennsylvania. I was quoted around $5000 after a video walkthrough of our home. Upon arrival they wanted to charge us 10 thousand. We ended up paying just over that in the end. They picked up our items on June 24th 2022 with the promise of delivering our items within 10-13 business days. Our items finally arrived August 27th 2022 with a tremendous amount of damage, as well as multiple boxes, a rocking chair and ottoman and a queen mattress missing completely. We are still months later going through the headache of submitting a claim to be reimbursed for our loss and damages. I have made it my mission to get the word out about this company. I would highly suggest digging for reviews because they censor the negative, and I would just hate for other family’s to go through what we’ve gone through. This company is awful!
