I am a decorated combat veteran, a Priceline VIP member, and a Hilton Honors member. I purchased 2 hotel rooms at the ************************** as a Christmas present for my grandchildren. I was quoted a price from Priceline of $729.36 a night for 2 rooms which was approximately $15 dollars cheaper that the price through Hiltons Honors. After checking in to the hotel, I realized, my charges were calculated incorrectly, and I was charged $729.36 per room, per night, which is double the price I booked when I placed the reservation. I called Priceline who insisted that I agreed to the total charges so there was nothing I could do. I showed them the confirmation which clearly reflects a price of $729.36 per night for 2 rooms from December 5 through December 8, for a total cost of $2,188.08. They apparently miscalculated the charges, charging me $1,458.72 per night for 2 rooms for a total of $4,276.16. Double occupancy rooms at the ******************* only cost approximately $350 per night, yet I was charged $729.36 per night, per room for the same room that you can book for $350 per night. I will never do business with Priceline or Hilton. This is bad business and these companies should be ashamed of themselves. I guess they don't need/want good customers!Initial Complaint

On June 6th 2021 I hired Priceline Logistics who I thought was a trucking company to move my things from ********** to ********. I was told to move a 4 bedroom home that I would need a 26ft truck and the cost would be $9,045.05. On 07/5th I spoke with **** at Priceline Logistics to go over an inventory count of my home. After the inventory count was done, I was told I would need a another 26 ft truck and the cost would be another $7,642.05, for a total of $16,687.10 for 2 26 ft trucks. I asked how much for a semi truck and I was told, you don't want a semi because they cost $25K, so we decided to stay with 2 26 ft trucks for just over $16K. On 07/17 the moving company showed up at my home with only one truck, when I asked where is the second truck, I was told I had only paid for one truck, 2065 cubic ft. This was the first time I have heard of cubic ft and the truck company who showed up was not Priceline Logistics, it was US Safe truck moving company. They had explained to me that Priceline Logistics was a broker who hired them to do the move. I asked to speak with their supervisor and when he got on the line, he told me the same thing, that I had paid for cubic ft. He said I would need another 1500 cubic ft for the 2nd truck to fit the rest of my furniture, he said at 4.50 per cubic ft, that I would have to pay another $4K to him, regardless of what I had already paid to Priceline for 2 26 ft trucks. He said if I didn't pay, he would unload the truck and leave. By this time, I had no choice but to pay to get the second truck to make our move. I no longer own the home. I have now paid combined, $28K to Priceline Logistics and US ******************* for 2 26 ft trucks, when the original agreement with Priceline was for 2 26 ft trucks for $16,687.10. This is a SCAM by both Moving companies at my expense. Priceline failed by not giving the correct cubic ft for 2 26 ft trucks to US Safe Moving. PRICELINE LOGISTICS and SMART VAN LINES Hired them summer of 2021 to move from ******** to ************* These companies are a fraud!!! People hired from ********** will show up instead. They dont take accountability for anything once they have your money. Priceline Logistics outsourced it to another moving ************* called Smart *** Lines which is full of crooks. They dont even tell you that they are outsourcing it. They were three days late for our pick-up date-no- no apologies. We paid extra for a 4-******* and an antique **** Vespa Primavera to be delivered. They said that it was going to be crated and taken care of **** our stuff arrived they increased the cost and demanded the payment in cash or money order. They would not lift the door of the truck not even for us to verify that was our stuff. **** they lifted the door, the Vespa was thrown like a piece of garbage buried with smashed boxes all around it. In almost every box I opened things were broken even though they had been meticulously wrapped with bubble wrap. Even a frying pan was bent! Our leather couches all had tears! We had half of our stuff missing! The first boxes being offloaded werent even ours!! Our sleep number bed was missing. No one takes accountability. Priceline blames Smart *** lines. Smart *** Lines tells us to call Priceline. They charged us over $10,000 of the initial quote for a garbage service. They are incompetent at their job. Once they show up, trust me, they will drop a bombshell on you and change the prices, so you better have cash in hand if not, they will leave and keep all your deposits and belongings. We had to offload ourselves because they had no personnel even though we had paid for that. ***************************** and ********************* from Priceline LLC are a bunch of Crooks. We are Still many times. They stated that they have 4 out of all our missing items in their warehouse, but they are not going to do a third delivery because it was not cost-effective for them.Initial Complaint

On April 19th 2021 I paid Priceline logistics moving company ****** to move. I called back on the 20th because I wanted to add a service but I was unable to reach anyone. I tried again on the 21st I could not reach anyone. It was 3 months later before I reached anyone but at this point I didn't want to do business with them because of the communication and couldn't trust that when it came time for me to move if I was unable to communicate with them before moving. I was told by this time I will be only able to get 20% of my money back because it was past the 72-hour **** they do that on purpose so that they don't have to give you a full refund at this point I'm furious I just said okay I signed some false documents because they turned around and voided the documents out. I found that out later when I call again I spoke with the young lady named ****** she is the one who **** up the documents and sent them over for me to sign and DocuSign she said it would take 3 to 7business days I believe it was for me to see my refund back in my account after 2 weeks there was no money in my account I reached back out to her she said because it had been so long that they would have to send me a check but that is not what she told me and that is not what is on the document it was supposed to be refunded back to my card then after a few more weeks no monies I reach back out to her then she tells me there's only one person that works at the ** apartment that's not my problem I told her they had ample amount of time to send me my money where there was one or ************************************************************************************************************************************** 2023 and they have new owners of the company I called the company and they're playing like they don't know the people that I was talking about I shared all the paperwork with the man I was talking to and he said that he would pass it on and get back with me I've heard nothing. I gave the company a deposit for a long distance move. In ******** I was able to request the date of the move be changed to a future date. A month ago, I tried calling the company to request a 50% refund on my initial deposit (guaranteed in my contract with them). I called four times; each time, I had to leave a message asking for a call back. I have yet to receive a response. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, but to no avail. This company is corrupt and forged a signature on an Echeck after I told them I didn't want to go through with paying a deposit. I was on the phone with them and they said they would reverse the charge. ***** actually texted me that he would. He said he asked them to reverse the charge but it has still been taken out of my bank account. Because they forged a fake E-Signature and used the wrong billing address this is forgery and fraud. I did not sign the *** payment form or any of the binding agreements and told them I changed my mind and needed to talk to my partner before I committed to this move. Priceline vanlines gave me an estimate of ****. Once they packed everything the new total was ****. Unfortunately I was not able to be onsite since I was in another state. Sept 6th, for $1432.00 The movers that Priceline Vanlines sent to my house, Showed up at 8:20pm on Sept 15, 12 hours late. Both of the gentlemen smelled of Pot, Weed, marijuana... very prominent smell that went through my home. I didn't feel comfortable with them taking my household with them and end up hurting themselves of perhaps killing someone during their driving. I refused the service, and the policy states : refusal for service under any circumstance voids a refund. I asked the ************* rep what she would do in my situation with the drivers, she wound not answer that question, just told me to write an email and Wait for a response from management. Moving quote was secured and booked on a Saturday, sales agent reassured us over the phone that 100% refund will be issued if canceled within 48hrs. Cancelation request was sent on the same day with customer service representative confirming 100% refund. Refund came approximately a week later with only approximately 60% of the deposit returned. **************** informed us that 20% fee was taken from the deposit for their fees per the moving contract. The 20% that was taken was based on the total amount and not the deposit amount. The contract is unclear on what the 20% is based on. Their representatives blatantly lied on the phone to get a sale. The contract they are referring to is unclearly written. As with any contract, clarity is the responsibility of the drafting party.Initial Complaint

Priceline booked me at a hotel 30 min outside of the city when I originally booked a hotel in greentree. Priceline agents and supposes supervisors refused to rebook me at the correct hotel and would only issue a refund. I was not asking for a refund nor was I asking for a free hotel room, I simply wanted them to use the funds I've already given them to book another hotel as I don't have another 300 dollars to book the correct hotel, and I don't know anyone in this city. I was told there's nothing they can do, the reservation will stand as is and then was told they won't transfer me to a supervisor and hung up on.
