One of the worst mistakes I've made in my life. This company has to be mafia related. I also didn't check the BBB ratings beforehand (oh my!) Moved from CA to SC in mid 2022. Many of the details are similar to what I've read here. Walk through of house on cam for initial estimate $9k, second estimate two weeks before move to refine box count and big pieces (paid $1k). When subcontracted movers got there they said to disregard my quote, they figure by how much space in the truck is taken up and quoted me an additional $4k needed to be paid to do the job. Was between a rock and hard place so paid. We drove out to SC and waited for the truck. Once the driver started to get close, that became nightmare #2. He was arrogant on giving a delivery date and told us we could meet him in GA with a truck and move all of our stuff to our truck. We waited for him to arrive, which he did by himself. He couldn't find anyone to help (we were in the suburbs), so proceeded to unload the truck by himself. Took all day (vs. 4 people helping initially for 4 hours). Many boxes smashed and furniture damaged (which he said was our fault 'customers don't know how to pack boxes and buy all of this cheap Ikea furniture'. Calls to the company were a nightmare...they didn't call back, and had a new person there almost everytime I called. Their insurance fine print eliminates them from most responsibility. Never use this company...complete ****.

DO NOT use Trinity Relocation. They do not hire professional//reputable moving companies. Trinity is just a broker and the moving company will charge you extra and extra to move your things after your initial estimate from Trinity. THEN the moving company goes out of business as you are in the middle of your claim for your damaged and missing goods. Trying to get some kind of reimbursement from Trinity was impossible and they only offered $200 for all our broken/missing goods. ***** in customer service is worthless and doesn't care about you. *******, on the other hand, did her very best to get our small reimbursement and after many phone calls, WE the customer found their accountants mistake and he sent our small reimbursement to the wrong email through PayPal. DO NOT USE Trinity. Would be worth it to pay more up front for a reputable company, have your things arrive on time with minimal damage and a claims department that is well established. I would rate a 0 not a 1.

They are NOT a moving company, but a broker. They find you a moving company. I needed an 8x10 storage unit cleared out after my father died and the contents moved from ******* to **********. They doubled the price upon pick-up and DEMANDED more than $2000 CASH, so you can't dispute it and you are stuck! They BROKE all of my items and LOST MY MOTHER'S ASHES!!! They REFUSE to do anything about it. They are just the worst! I am so upset and they won't do anything. DO NOT USE!!!

Worst experience of my life. My experience with Trinity was appalling #1: Unjustified doubling of expense: Our original quote from Trinity was 1/2 the eventual expense. They use 3rd party moving companies over whom they have no control. This is a terrible system. When their contractor (MSN Logistics) arrived on the day of our move, they showed up 2 hours late as they did not have the right truck. They complained about the stairs and lack of information from Trinity as though it were somehow my fault. They were not even aware this was a full pack move and did not bring boxes. Then they proceeded to tell us that somehow our new cost would be 2x the contract due additional packing supplies and larger than expected kitchen. I could not make sense of the new bill they **** up, but I was forced to accept this ridiculous amount because of the timeline of our move. I called Trinity at the time and and they promised that this was only a maximum and I could expect them to use less truck space and materials and that the cost would come down. Of course it did not come down 1 cent and the final total was exactly the sky high estimate, ~****** instead of the **** estimate.#2: Haphazard and damaging packing: The movers threw and jammed things into the many very large garment boxes they used. Hanging clothes like suits and dresses were compressed and wrinkled (all require dry cleaning now). They packed a single laptop with no padding resulting in breakage. They packed a fragile record player at the very bottom of a garment box full of heavy items on top (see specific photo). They could not have taken less care with our items and they did so because they were upset and in a rush to finish on time. These people are criminals. They stole huge amounts of money and time from me and broke my items. I have no path for compensation because they outsource their claims to a 3rd party website with no phone number and a kakfa-eqsue interface full of ads.NEVER EVER USE THEM. EVER.

They quoted low even after I provided tote sizes and provided pictures of each room. They firm up quote a few weeks before. Price doubles as they do not use the info you provided. Always wrap everything. As I found the team loading out did a great job. Unloading was horrible. they hire out to companies. R&M Transportation delivered my household. Many damages. Takes weeks to process claims. Even when you provide pictures. Note not matter how much they damage they pay by weight so buy other insurance. The truck driver was throwing my items off the truck. Broke two chairs. When I yelled HEY. he said oh did not see you. And the claim took months to process and now R&M Transportation is out of business. So far Trinity is saying we cannot get them to answer calls. Yes as they are out of business. Hence damage claim that has been processed and approved by Trinitys company Anthem will not be paid. Try a different company. Ask many questions. They charge a full month rent if you go one day over 30 days and they do not deliver for two weeks after you contact them. If you have the help. Rent a truck pack it and move it yourself. Save yourself $10,000 if you are moving across many states Cost of them moving me vs me taking time off and paying family or friends Go with family and friends. For real. Do not use this company. Not sure many are that great. If I could give zero stars I would Most of my items were damaged. You only have so many hours to complete the claim so be prepared.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. They do not do in home estimates. When we initially signed up ***** asked me, 'how many boxes would it take to pack up your house?' I responded, 'who actually knows that?' I advised them to hire a local mover to give an estimate multiple times and they seemed to brush that aside. I stated we have six kids and a 4 bedroom house, but they can't do simple averages to see that the initial $15k move was not enough. By the time the mover got there, the cost had doubled. ***************** ****** is no help. They never updated the movers about the larger load as I updated them. When the mover, yes just one guy, showed up, he was in a box truck and by himself. I will review 'We Care For You Movers' as well. I have tried to peacefully resolve the issues with this moving company but they like to blame the consumer for not doing the job the consumer pays Trinity to do. The entire company is solely in it for the money, they do not care about the people that hire them. They don't care to communicate properly. They don't care to resolve consumer complaints. This company has no long-term thought process, only short term gains. I have asked repeatedly for a refund due to the lack of them holding up their end of the bargain. ***** promised on day one that 'our worries were gone,' 'we will take care of everything from here and make this an easy process for you and your wife.' False promises. They also left part of our goods back at the house that were promised to be sent. This is not an ethical company, and they lack morals to take care of their consumers, and they can't even take responsibilities for their mistakes. Here's hoping they go bankrupt!

We selected Trinity Relocation Group because we saw them featured on television show as a professional moving company that is both licensed and insured through the ********** of *************** Sounds promising, right! Well, unfortunately, it was the opposite of promising. We did not realize the risks involved with hiring a moving broker instead of booking a moving company directly. We have nothing but regret for hiring Trinity Relocation Group. Not only did they contract with companies I never would have hired, but neither company was professional, reliable, or honest. Communication with both companies was horrible. We left message after message, and only seemed to reach them when we called from a phone number they did not recognize. The promise of a 7 to 10-day delivery window ended up being a full 3 months without any of our things. And, to make things worse, they could not tell us where our things were during those 3 months, and a lot of our belongings arrived damaged and unrepairable. In the end, the final cost of the move was double what was in the contract. The company they contracted with would not release our things to us until we gave them thousands of dollars in cash. So much for paying by credit card as dictated in the contract, and for the companys promise of negotiating competitive pricesand leveraging economies of scale. We did not get our moneys worth, and we did not have a positive experience. Be warnedDo as much research as you can before hiring any moving company. Word of mouth from people you know is much more reliable than being featured on television or seeing a few positive reviews online. Also, if possible, find a way to track your own belongings so when they say they do not know where they are, you can say that you do.

I hired Trinity Relocation Group to handle my move, and they NEVER told me they were hiring a third party, Jackson Movers. I didn't know this until the movers arrived to do the inventory the day before my move. They seemed nice but after packing my items, they asked for money under the table, which I told them twice I didn't have. Then, big shock, they couldn't take my credit card payment that I arranged with Trinity. A week later, my items finally arrived. The people who delivered were rude and angry they had to go upstairs, to the point one was counting the number of steps. I told them to put everything in the family room and then took those items upstairs after they finished uploading. By the way, I’m 50 years old, weigh 100 pounds with 2 bad knees. And after all that, they asked for money. I would also like to mention I don’t have that much furniture: a twin bed and mattress, two end tables, a coffee table, a TV stand, four bookcases, and a few smaller items like a table and chairs. Also, nothing was put down to protect the floors and carpeting. About half of the boxes were damaged in one way or another. There were several boxes marked heavy on top of boxes marked fragile. One box looked like it was kicked, a wooded stool looked as if it was thrown to the ground, the box with my Christmas tree was on its side, the shelves on the silver wire rack were off the hinges. and again that damage had to happen from a fall. The pad for my iron board is gone. I’m not sure how but they bent the legs on my metal bed frame. I paid an additional $250 for my pictures to be packed and they were just wrapped in moving blankets and put in a wardrobed box. I have two boxes missing, I am so disappointed in how I was treated I knew they were going to hire a third party I would not have used them as I would not have hired Jackson Movers. They have a horrible reputation. I paid a total of $4976.30 to Trinity / Jackson Movers, and they only gave me $75 refund.

OMG - I should have looked here before signing and paying for Trinity Relocation Group. Awful-especially during delivery. We gave them the dates for delivery they gave the "moving" company the wrong dates - just cost me another $700 to have the mover hold our stuff overnight. All documented. Spoke directly to the movers they tried helping me. I took them out of the picture as my pressure was rising and to hear well she is a new employee - well have your new employee right the check for the errors they made.I was lured in with discounts.Everything everyone says - listen - Please DO NOT this service.

This company lures customers in with deceiving discounts including AAA, health care workers, contact through a promotion website. When they gave me my quote it was less than other companies and I was trying to do a multi state move on a limited budget. After I had made one the the non-refundable deposits I realized that they had not asked me about many common items in making the estimate. Ultimately they sent a moving company that only had half a truck and did not have enough room for my items. I ended up losing thousands of dollars due to this company and their terrible service. They made promises to call me back to find a solution and they blamed me for the poor service. This company is certainly a scam and takes advantage of people who have limited experience planning a larger move.
