    As of August 30, 2022, Inmate Care Packages has not responded to BBB.

      I purchased some items on March 30, 2024 in the amount of $47.78 to be sent to my brother who is incarcerated and he NEVER received the package. I have confirmed with the **** (where I purchased the money order) that the money order HAS been cashed.

      I ordered The Quick Pick Me Up Pack for a total cost of $39.98. I mailed the money order from March 25, 2024, to Inmate Care Package, reference Order #******, ************** ***************************************************************. The business was to provide a care package to my husband ***********. As of today May 28, 2024, he has not received his care package. I have emailed and left several messages. The company has never reached out to me. Not even to return my call. It has been over two months and the package was never sent to my husband at ********************* at ******************************************************. The company confirmed my order but has never mailed out the package.

      On Feb.24th 2024 I purchased a I care package from here and I paid for there services in full thru Cash App and they were supposed to delivery the product I purchased to my daughter ************************* at the Indiana Women's Prison her Doc # is ******. That never happened,I have attempted several times to contact I care packages thru phone,email and text messages and they never respond to any of my attempts.And asked to either refund my money,deliver the product or contact me. None has not happened. My transaction # is #********* and the confirmation thru Cash App is #KQZ9SN9.I have made numerous attempts w Cash app as well for a refund and they tell me once a transaction is completed there is nothing they can do.**** app informs me that I need to contact the merchant themselves,I said " well I've tried all ways possible and I get nowhere with they it's like I care packages does not exist!! They said I'm sorry ma'am there's nothing we can do.So respectfully I'm furious over this. Plz try to help me resolve this matter. God Bless You

      I ordered the 2 packages on 3/30/24 for $77.81 and paid through Cash App. I have reported the transaction to Cash App and I'm no longer able to access the information to send the request for refund to the recipient from Cash App. The baskets were to go to Sumter Correctional Facility but because of the delay in sending the packages, ***** was transferred to ******************************. I have sent numerous emails to ********************************************************* and have not received a response to have them delivered to the current facility or refund my money. I've also called the phone number **************, that they list on their website and have not received any response. At this point, I would just like my money refunded as the baskets were for his birthday and that's been over a month ago. This is so disheartening when I wanted to send these packages for my son who is incarcerated and in doing so, I've been scammed. I hope they will do the right thing but I'm not counting on it.

      On March 24,2024 I purchased a care package for an inmate friend in ******************. The website is inmate-canteen.shop and the order number is ******. The payment was to be made by money order which was purchased from ************* and mailed on March 25, 2024. The inmate never recieved a package and the money order was cashed on April 4, 2024. When I check the order status on line it says "processing" after a month. When I call the number on the website it says "temporarily unavailable "

      Inmate care packages scammed me out of 180.00$ in hygiene and food packages bought on their website. I payed and never received a thing for my loved one in jail. There is a number posted but no one answers and it is definitely a scam. I called the jail and they did not recieve the packages nor have any info on such an order

      I found the business online. I placed the order april sixth twenty twenty four. The business requested a money order be done as they could not take debit cards at this time. I got a money order from *******.And placed it in the mail.I received a thank you for my order.And then it would be sent in three delivered in three days. Later, Upon review of other emails it said it could take up to fifteen days to be received. Now going back to my emails.Everything from them is gone. I called on the 19th of April to the number.I listed on the address because it was on one of the emails and it was told to leave a message. I called at least 5 times and the last time.I was told that the message box was full and could take no more messages.I did a review as requested on the bottom of the one example I sent you and told them I was unhappy because I had not received the package and I was going to contact the better business bureau.

      I need you to send a package to my sister who is in jail have food package and I was told to go through iCare gift packages I did everything they said they asked me to send the money through cash up for the package I did that and my sister still hasn't received her package and this is 2 weeks ago and now when I try to email them I keep getting back to this email does not exist I'm very upset I didn't even have the money to spend on that package and now my money's gone I don't know how these fake sites can get away with this please help me get my money back
