    Scam! Ordered months ago, they charged my card but never sent item. I have written to them numerous times and have never received a response.

    9/13/23 purchased merchandise from ShopGrowSpaces. Came across on credit card as Fuzz-E-Family.com Was told due to an error the order was canceled and they would credit my account.Never credited.Called the phone number on BOTH ShopGrowSpaces and Fuzz-E-Family.com websites for customer service and they are disconnected. BOTH sites are still up and running selling product......./taking money from people.Never received product and they do not respond to my emails.

    I paid for a cat condo and litter box 3 months ago. The phone is not connected and no response to my emails After looking into it more they are doing it to everyone They need to be shut down thank you

    Ordered 4 sets of outdoor furniture on 9-6-23. Furniture was on sale for $643.97. (Charged to my credit card). Promised delivery in 10 business days. Last week I received an email saying the sale was cancelled. Called the 800 number numerous times and left messages. The number was disconnected the next day. The next day another email came and said it was a mistake, to reorder the furniture and the company would offer 50% off to make up for their mistake. Have sent at least a dozen emails, texted, and no response. I would like this resolved immediately by crediting back the charges to my credit card. Sad - guess criminals are everywhere. Guess I call the police in that area and charge them with theft. Help please.

    I ordered on September 7, 2023 in good faith from shopgrowspaces an outdoor building. The money was send by my credit card to www.fuzz-e-family. I received an email two weeks later that I would be refunded. Then an email saying it was a shipping label error and I could order again for a reduced price. I tried multiple times to ask for a refund before reordering. I have not received any communication back. This site seemed like legit site and is still available to order from. I only want my money refunded. Thank you for any help you can give.

    I have been trying to find out what happened to my order #**** and to date have not received said order nor a response from Fuzz E Family. I am looking to get my money back in the amount of $31.50 credited to my card which was charged on 7/31/2023.

    Placed an order on 9/02 ORDER #***** online for $41.99 for armakat Classic 73-Inch Faux Fleece Cat Tree, Ivory 1. (See attatched). Website goes away and comes back. Never responds to email. Phone is just voicemail that never gets replied to.

    We purchased a baby gate on August 8th 2023 in the amount of $62.99 from Fuzz-E-Family.com. After several weeks of no contact and receiving no product my husband emailed and got an automatic response saying they had high product demand and have issues getting products out. They apologize for delay and inconvenience. That was on Aug 22nd. My husband has since sent 2 other emails and left one voice mail to issue a refund with out any response. He Googled reviews from the company and found several that stated that this is a scam, with the exact same thing happening to them. The address on the email he received was different, it is ***************************************************************************. Which seems like a fake address. He never received an email for purchase, only funds had been deducted from our account.

    Order #***** was made on August 9, 2023. $84 was taken from my bank account immediately. I sent an inquiry email 11 days after confirmation email. I received an email on 8/23 saying that they had an influx of orders and would get my items sent as quickly as they could. Their phone number goes directly to voice-mail and I have received no reply from any emails I sent.
