I received a call from ***************************, senior director of Luxurious Lifestyle Magazine, claiming that they would publish my ad while promising that 2 "closing" transaction of real estate. I have paid $800 first and $1,600 to start the process. They took so long to get connected with a design department, etc, and started feeling unease about this process so I requested to send me an actual magazine from the past to see their work. They send me one sheet of paper that looked like a cover of the magazine with nothing inside. So I decided to cancel it and since then, they stopped all of the communication. Now I can't even email her as it seems to have been blocked.

This company fraudulently sold me a half-page ad for over $500 in their "luxurious lifestyle magazine" They continued to follow up with me about sending them a design and had me work with their graphic designer, who then edited and changed my design, had me provide my real estate information including my license number office and personal numbers.. They even mailed a media kit to my home address. They said that they would be sending me a copy of the magazine in August. I never received a copy for the magazine, nor did anybody ever reach out to me. I tried to follow up with the graphic designer as that was the only contact I had, but all of a sudden his email was no longer existing. The website they gave me all of a sudden does not exist either when it did during this whole process.. I am so disappointed this is something that I took money from my savings to consider an investment in my business.

I was contacted by *********************** back in April. They sold me on advertising on the cover of their magazine that would go to all of the major Country Clubs in the area. I was to have the back cover and a banner on the front of the magazine. My marketing consultant reached out to them and had several emails where they traded information on the ads. We sent them print ready information. When it was time to update for the October or November issue, none of the emails worked and the phone number is not in service

This company is a scam. They return emails and phone calls for a while and then they can't be located like you found out.

Charged me for ad space in a magazine. Even had multiple people reach out to confirm and spoke with a graphic design artist as well. The whole thing seemed legit until I never got a copy of my sample. I reached out and they told me they would send me one within 21 days. After that, I heard nothing and reached out again come to find out the email address no longer exists (customer support email) and the graphic design artist went from answering all emails to none at all. They made this seem legit for so long but now I have no magazine ad and I paid a hefty fee for the ad space.

April 4, 2023, I was reached out to by this company. They were able to provide me with websites, emails and ad samples that made the company sound legitimate. I even worked with a ad designer for a couple of weeks creating an ad that I approved. i received paperwork in the mail. It never went out. I never got a copy. When i reached out to the main email address and the ad person again, I repeatedly received responses saying the email was undeliverable. I then did further research to see that other people had similar experiences. They charged me $500.

I received a solicitation call from *********************** to advertise my real estate business in their magazine that is supposably distributed to some of the top golf courses in my area. They told me that the magazine was going out the following week and that I needed to act right away so that I can be in the beginning of ********************* issue and that they will be sending a copy of the magazine as well. They charged me $1,000 and I have received nothing to this day. Every time I try to call them, I reach a number that is no longer in service, I also never get any responses from my email attempts either, Ive been totally ripped off. I filed a complaint dispute with my credit card company, hopefully I can get my money back. Oh yeah they also go by the name Luxury World National.

In December 2022 I received a telephone call from a very nice lady, *********************** ************, selling advertising in ****************** that would go out to various private country clubs (Park Ridge, Ridgemoor, ********, *********, ************) all around areas I sell real estate in. I told her I could not afford the price she quoted and all of a sudden it became half off ($300) for a half page because they needed to sell space for their next edition. I agreed. I paid. I worked with the designer, received a proof only after continuous follow up as I never did receive the extra copies they promised to hand out to clients. My last contact with them was about a month ago when they told me it would take ***** days to receive my copies. As of today I have nothing. I sent them another message and the e-mail bounced back as not available *********************************

Company sold me ad space in their "magazine" that doesn't appear to exist. Never got the copies of the magazine that were going to be mailed to my house....because they don't exist. Even their website is down now. Seems like it was a well done scam. AVOID.

July and August of 2022, I was told I would have an exclusive in magazines going to member of Country Clubs and Yacht clubs in ******* and *********. I never received any copies of magazines that were to be sent out and all contact information emails are not working. I would like a complete refund of the $3400 I paid in good faith.
