In May 2024, Evans Roofing of the Palm Beaches was paid by me to remove a **** that was growing in the back of my roof and to replace some broken roof tiles. The removal of the **** on my roof was the primary reason I contacted the Company. The Company did not remove all of the roots to the **** and it grew back in a couple of months, if not sooner. I contacted the Company about a week ago and left a voicemail. I never received a return call. I waited several days and called again last week and explained the situation to the receptionist. I never received a return phone call. I spoke to the same receptionist today and was told she spoke to her boss and they would not come out to my house just to remove the ****. I told her that part of the job they were paid for was to remove the **** and they should "stand by" there work". She said have a nice day and hung up on me.

Our team went back onsite this morning and resolve the concern of the customer.
The customer was satisfied with the outcome.
