On April 11 2025 I purchased a car at all approved autoworks i put a down payment of $700 dollars and then I paid for insurance $548 the only requirements was I have a drivers license and the money while I was purchasing the car there were a lot of people complaining about the business I should have took that as a sign , they did not offer me a test drive before purchasing and they also told me that the car was in perfect shape and it was nothing wrong with it as soon as I drove off the lot I started to hear clicking and creaking noises coming from the steering wheel which indicated that it has faulty tire rods which is very dangerous if it fails the car also had no brakes the brakes were severely damaged so I turned around and went back to them for them to tell me I had to come back on April 14 which I did when I went back they confirmed to me that it is a bad car they said the tire rods , brakes , AC are all faulty I asked them if it can be fixed but they said I just come back on Friday April 18th i really just want a refund or to get a car that is safe ! I dont want to get into an accident because they sold me a bad car if they would have disclosed this information I wouldve gotten a different car I wouldnt went to a different dealershipBusiness Response

I purchased a vehicle outright and gave them my specialty current tag and liscence plate to switch over . The truck cut off in traffic within 24 hours of purchase. They are keeping my tag and the temp tag expires tomorrow. Ive contacted *** and there is no record. They will not return my tag , they lied to the *** i had meet me there . These guys are from ********* and are crooked , unethical and robbing the people of my community . Ask the Officer who responded who apologized to me on their behalf after the manager bullied me . Why would a simple transfer cost $500 ? I asked at time of purchase was lied to and they have it hidden in the fine print never once mentioning even when asked . I am rejecting this response because: the truck is unsafe , cuts off in traffic as reported almost immediately i have no ride to get my tag nor can i spend $75 to **** round trip .No apology no offer of courtesy to rectify any issues . Tag was only completed after I called DMV AND PD .
Still trying to coordinate a ride .They need to take back this truck and provide an equal and safe vehicle in return. I have mechanics willing to testify on my behalf this truck should have never been allowed to be driven off the lot . I almost got rear-ended multiple times and was close to a police rotation being called for blocking traffic

On February 26th I bought a vehicle from all approved Auto in ********* I paid up front 1875 up front and agreed to payments when bought the car was told there was only $****** miles on it found out that the odometer has been broken and pushed back also every tire was blown I have had to call four tow trucks not even 3 days after buying the car we are having engine problems from transmission down I have multiple times reached out to the company and was promised at first when we bought the car that if there was any major issues that they would help fix it now I'm being told it's our problem deal with it the car is a lemon there is no transmission I cannot back out it has not moved from ****** miles meaning the odometer is completely destroyed I rolled back which I've asked about when I came in this literally two days after buying the car and was told oh it's normal my side mirror is gone again they said they would replace multiple times I've called up there begging for help and been told f*** you excuse my language I have made my payments they refuse to help but they'll come tow my car if Im a day late my car is literally will catch on fire soon it smells that bad I have to put water on it so that way it doesn't catch on fire there's such a bad leak we don't know where it's from and as a mom and a disabled mom this is one of my fears they have took advantage of multiple people and continue to scam people I have read and heard from multiple people about how their cars have broke down 2 to 3 days after buying and we're stuck in these contracts paying on cars that we cannot do nothing with because they are broken they are lemons I really hope that you guys can do something look into it and you'll see it too they are scam artist and the best ones of it they promised me multiple times it would help refuse to now they had me sign paperwork knowing that this car was a dudCustomer Answer

In June 2023 I purchased my first vehicle from All Approved Auto Works. The first few weeks of having this vehicle I had to replace a part which I didnt think anything of it since it is an older vehicle and it mightve needed a few minor parts fixed here and there. Those minor parts turned out to be more than minor I had to replace the transmission and a whole bunch of other parts, I was without a vehicle for months. I called and complained about my vehicle and asking for my money back but they told me they dont do money back but i could always exchange my vehicle. So I continued making payments for the same vehicle, I was always on time for the payments and I would usually pay over the amount I was suppose to. I eventually payed my vehicle off in April 2024 they told me that itll be up to 30 business days for my title and that they will give me a call when they received it. I went out of town for a month and a half still expecting a call from them. When I came back to town I called them to see where my title is at. They told me they have yet to receive my title, I even went up to the dealership about my title and still kept telling me that they dont have it and that theyll give me a call when they receive it. Here I am in October 2024 still no title. I called about it and they kept telling me the same excuses and I even went back to the dealership and still the same excuses. I went to the *** to try to get my title that way and they told me there is a lien on my vehicle which I was not aware of. It is against the law to sell a vehicle to a customer with a lien on it. I seen on ******** marketplace they were selling a 2016 ****** Altima advertised at 1500 down and ********************************************************************************** when I got there they sold the car and proceed to show me other cars I then seen a 2013 ******* ****** that I would take instead I asked if it could be with the 1500 down and 75 a week since it was the same price of the Altima the salesman said yes so we went inside I left a deposit of 300 that day which was Saturday and was to return on that Wednesday with another 200 so that would of been 500 left and on following Saturday come with 1000 and leave with the car when I returned on Wednesday the salesman I dealt with wasnt there so I was talking to another salesman and told him what I was there for he then proceed to walk to the back and speak to someone and when he returned he said that for that car I would need 2500 down plus additional fees so that I would have pick up payments every week of like 500 which I told him I cant afford that so he then said they have other lots he can look at the cars there and if I see something I like they can bring it to that lot which I looked myself and seen a few a would of took when I told him that then everything changed he was starting to show me older cars and telling me to wait they have more cars coming in which I told him I needed a car on Saturday and why would he tell me they could get cars from the other lots which they really werent going to so then he told me really any car you get will have pick up payments for the additional fees which then I told him I cant afford that and if I knew that from the start I would of never left any money down especially on a car I now couldnt get I went in to ask for the 300 I left back and they made this big issue stating they dont give money back I could use it towards another car if I wanted but couldnt get my money back, and at this time I already went somewhere else and got a carBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: I feel like I was lied to from the beginning if the salesman would of explained how everything worked from the first day I would of never left any deposit especially on a car that I wasn’t going to be able to purchase. I feel like the company is a fraud advertising one thing but then it’s another and that wasn’t explained to me from day one, so not only did I have to find another car lot to purchase from but now all approved is telling me I just lost 300$, which is unfair everyone works hard for their money and it seems like I’m just supposed to loose 300$ because nothing was explained to me . And when I asked for a refund the salesman told me that none of the owners will give money back and that I’m not the first person wanting a refund or saying I will contact a lawyer, so I feel like this company does this all the time to hard working people and they are getting away with it and it’s not right

I would like to report this business for fraud and racketeering. There was a worker at this business by the name of ******* who advised he would assist me with purchasing a used vehicle. To which I paid him $4500 as a deposit for this vehicle, which I never received. And he has since refused to pay me my money or assist me with getting a car. At this point I just want my money back because these people are obviously thieves. I recently called the business and requested to be in touch with the owner and they representative was very rude and unprofessional and became immediately defensive when I inquired. On April 19, 2024, my spouse visited a car dealership located approximately 35 miles from our residence to inspect a vehicle he had seen on ********* Upon arrival, the salesperson quoted a price of $975, which my spouse decided to pay in cash. However, since I was the only one able to transfer the insurance and registration to my name, I requested that he wait until he returned home to register the vehicle in my name. The dealership submitted the paperwork but did not provide a temporary tag for my spouse. They falsely claimed that he did not want to pay for it, which is untrue. I have a valid tag to transfer, and my spouse did not object to paying for the vehicle. The dealership had him sign my name on all the forms without my presence or consent, and the paperwork indicates that I owe zero dollars. I still dont have a title in my hand, when I went there with all the paperwork all they did was have me resigned paperwork that my signed the first time, and gave me a paper tag thats only good for 30 days! The person that had me signed the paper work said that he put all paperwork that I signed in an envelope, when I got to my car and opened the envelope only 1 piece of paper was in their, I went back in and asked for all the paperwork that I signed he said he couldnt give me copies, I then informed him that I was in titled to all paperwork that I sign, he was very rude and finally made copies for me! Its going on 2 months and I still dont have my vehicle registered to me, so no this isnt resolved

I am rejecting this response because: its been 2 months since Ive gotten the car, the law states that registration is supposed to be completed within 30 days, I was told that every thing will be mailed to me which I have on recording, I have a tag transfer and the title was already paid for! I have all paperwork work and here they originally allowed someone else sign the paperwork without speaking to me first, *** made a complaint with the dmv already, and I live an hour away and I already waisted gas to go over there a couple weeks ago and told me to come over and they would give me everything and didnt, they dont know how to tell the truth but I have recordings of all conversations, and the paperwork for both times, and Ive only had my car for 2 months and now it wont even crank, I also have the person that had the car before me that will be a witness in a lawsuit because the car is not safe, it smoked so bad that it almost caught fire, my attorney will be in contact! They are disrespectful and rude!
