    BE AWARE!!!! The body shop's owner ripped my insurance off, charged insurance $8k for a bunch of stuff, and didn't fix it right. The bumper and quarter panel by his estimate have to be replaced, but when he got a check from Geico he just fixed everything with ***** and didn't replace it. I asked them to fix the paint and clear coat drips then he start yelling at me. Terrible service and quality of the repairs.

    BE AWARE OF THIS BODY SHOP!!! I want to share the experience with Crunch Collision. 5 months ago I dropped my car to fix the front bumper, left fender and etc, it was not a lot of damage. They made a claim to the insurance company. 2 weeks later they got a check from insurance for $7,5k They sent the invoice to insurance saying they are going to replace the front bumper, fender, and other parts. When was time to pick up a car, what I noticed right the way is the bad paint job. Orange peel and pint leak were everywhere, they buffed the bumper and fender really bad! I showed it to the person who was releasing a car to me, he told me dont worry we gonna take care of it. I came two days later to pick up a car and I noticed they didnt do anything to fix it. I asked them if they going to fix it, owner of the shop, a guy on steroids, told me to get my car and leave, otherwise, Im gonna start charging you a storage fee. The next day I brought the car to fix orange peel to a different body shop, they told me Crunch Collision never changed bumper or fender, they just used Bondo and paint. 3 days ago I noticed cracks on my fender because they put a lot of Bondo and work was done really badly. Now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix the car the right way. DONT USE THEM AND DONT GO THERE, THEY ARE ONLY NICE WHEN YOU GET THERE WITH CAR. WHEN THEY GOT YOUR CAR THEN YOU ARE IN THE TRAP!!!
