I agreed to a cash price of $7500 total. The guy even went to get speak with his manager and got approval for the CASH price. While I was on the phone with my insurance company (because I couldn'ttake the car without insurance), he started giving me papers to sign, knowing that I was focused on the call and wasn't reading each document that he put in front of me. A month later when I went to pick up my plate, they stated that I owed an additional $4200 above the agreed price. They stated that I signed the papers and there was nothing I could do about it and that I had to pay it right away. Now, I either pay that extra money or lose the car, because I can't even return it. If I tryto return it, I will lose more than half of the money I originally gave. These are the most unethical people I have come across!!! They don't know the sacrifices that I made in order to save this money & buy my daughter a car for school. They are THIEVES and professional SCAMMERS!!! they should be ashamed!!! How are these monsters still in business, I don't understand how they can do that to people!! SCAMMERS**********Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The only reason that I paid in full, was because they threatened to take back the car and not refund any of the money that I had already given them already ($7500) and that it will also affect my credit.
They literally told me "Well, that's too bad, you signed and you have to pay what's on the paperwork and there is nothing you can do about it, good luck trying"
I had no choice but to pay them in full while they were smiling at the fact that they scammed another innocent victim! I am appalled at the fact, that this so called "business" can keep getting away with this. It is unethical and fraud! They should be held liable for all the similar complaints against them.
Sincerely,

Basically If I was aware that I was going to make a payment of $2500 each month for 3 months,,why would I called the next day after I purchased the vehicle to questioning ***** what was wrong with him because that's not what we were agreed on and he told me don't worry about what I see on the paper. They know exactly what they doing, since they are mentioned they not going to negotiate they can go ahead and take me to court, all I know is I'm not going to lose my money, I don't do drugs all I do is working to feed myself and my family,i would be so dumb to accept to pay all that amount of money for a 2008 Audi with ******* miles. It simple they need to take their vehicle back and reimburse me my money.Initial Complaint

I am writing to bring to your attention the fraudulent practices at Buy Buy Cars located at **************************************. I recently had a distressing experience with this dealership that I believe the public should be aware of. As Im reading all the complaints, I noticed that the dealership told me the same thingthat they were calling me several times and I didnt respond to their calls or text messages, which is a lie. I always respond to them. They stole $4000 from me. Initially, they told me that the bank had approved my application, but after a week, they claimed the bank returned the application due to amissing phone bill. They then towed my car with my belongings inside, including money and my daughter's car seat, and left everything at the towing company. The dealership quickly brought the car back to their lot and charged me $2500.I contacted the police, and the officer informed me that I am not the first person to experience this issue with this dealership; daily, someone calls with a similar story. The dealership will tell you that you are approved, rush you through the paperwork without giving you time to read it carefully, and then, after a week, they will repossess the car and claim the bank did not approve the application. They make you sign the contract very quickly, so you don't have time to read it thoroughly. They will quote one price, but the contract will state a completely different price. They lied to me about the towing charges, claiming it was $2500, but when the police arrived, they admitted it was actually $1500.The salesperson provided a false price, and everyone involved, including ****************************, is a scammer. The salesperson coerced me into buying the car, and when I returned after the car was towed, **************************** pretended not to recognize me because she knew about their deceitful plan.I hope you can investigate and expose the fraudulent activities at Buy Buy Cars to prevent others from falling victim to their schemesBusiness Response

Good afternoon,
This client was a regular sales financed was approved and there were no problems with ****************.The vehicle was repossessed, the client failed the interview with the bank because she said that she was not going to use the vehicle she had recently purchased.
We do not know the questions and/or the type of interview that the bank will conduct with each client. It was the bank that canceled the deal with the customer, the dealer has nothing to do with the bank's decision and once canceled it is the dealer's duty to recover the vehicle again.

I am rejecting this response because:
This isnt even my case. My name is not ******; my name is *********************. You see that Im not the only one that this business has hacked! I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and they told me everything was approved and good. Not even a week later, they came and repossessed my vehicle. They kept the vehicle and my $4,000 down payment.

Good afternoon, this deal was canceled because we were unable to contact the client to send the pending documents to close the financing.
After the repossession of the vehicle, we tried to help them by getting another approval, but we were not successful because *********** had a very inappropriate behavior in our office, causing fear to the children who were in the place, We had to call to the police so they help us take Ms. *** out of the office.Unfortunately, although as a dealer we had the best intention of helping them, their situation got out of our hands.

I am rejecting this response because:That is not true. I have proof that I always answered their texts and phone calls. I did send them documents that the bank requested they told me the bank said my phone service was suspended when my service wasnt actually not suspended. They were not trying to solve anything and lied about the prices. The reason my daughter was in fear was because they were pushing me out of their office.

On May 1st my husband and I walk in a dealership to purchase a vehicle after doing the application to run my husband credit they say they need a co-signer we ask my mother in law to help us after everything was done we paid the total amount of $6000.00 and 3 weeks later the dealer repossessed the vehicle and say that the purchase was a straw purchase and that if we wanted the vehicle we needed to pay $2500.00 for the repossession unfortunately they scams us with the purchase and now they are not willing to give us our money back. This company knew that the vehicle was for my husband and lead us to make a wrongly purchase.Business Response

Good morning,
This case was already responded to on 10/6/2024, we sent the deal documentation for your review because it is a safe company with which we have already dealt previously.
But it should be noted that the complaint was made by another person with whom we did not make any type of deal. According to the attached documents, it was ******************************** who made a deal with the dealer.
As I mentioned previously, in an act of good faith we have responded to them, but unfortunately we cannot do anything if the bank canceled the deal with ****************.
We tried to help her by trying to seek a new approval without success because the dealer has repossession costs that the client must pay to obtain new financing and the client refused.
The client and her family behaved inappropriately when helping them with the new approval for which we were forced to call the police to have them leave our office.Thank you and hace a nice day.

this buseniss is really terrible and bad. I wouldn't want someone to buy it if you don't have much experience in buying used vehicles. When you call for a car, they tell you the price you see in the ad is for the vehicle is the total price + tax. When you arrive, they will disturb you the way to make you sign tricky. when you ask for the title, they will tell you that you will receive it by email. 3 months later they will tell you that you have a debt to pay to have the title. They will ask you to come with the vehicle and they will capture it for never giving it back to you. you will lose both your money and the vehicle. This is my experience with them. They posted the ads in different places. You can see in the ad that the car is at ************, when you call, they will tell you, you have to come at the adresse below: *****************.. There is the office where you will be tricked. A the people working there are scammers. I am wondering how they can still be in business.Business Response

U Motors Corp advertised a 2015 ****** Rav4 for $10900. I called and offer $ 9500 total cash price for the car. They accepted since the car has a lot of issurs to be fixed and I went there on 11/29/2023 to pay. Front, back bumper, rearend right quater panel, right rear end door, gas tank, front windshield damaged and inside review mirror was missing. The car was very dirty inside and making noise from right rearend were it was damaged . The saleman was ****** When I explained him that the car has many issues to be fixed, he told that this is the reason they are selling the car for this price. I waited longtime befote finally he called me to print the papers for me to sign. With tax and everything he told the total price for the car was $10165.00. He printed the papers and asked me to sign. Since I trusted him, I signed all the papers. I took the car and fixed some of the issues for about $1800. After 4 months, since they did not send me the title? I decided to call them to remind them. I was more than suprised when they told me I have a balance of $9,951.88. ***** the saleman without explaining made me sign a paper where he stated the total price for the car was $17,999.00. I told them it cannot be true. This has to be a mistake. We agreed the total price was $10,166.00. After arguing many days with them, they told me told me that I only can do 2 things; pay the $9,961.88 balance or bring the car back to them and get my money back. When I went to their office they took the car back and they told me that they don't owe me any money. I lost my $10,165.0 plus the money spent ($1800) to repair the car. This is unfair and I believe they misled many customers this way. Something has to done to avoid them from doing that in the future.Business Response

Good morning,
************** made the purchase on 11/29/2023. During the purchase, each step was explained to him and he was given a copy of his documents so that he could review them.
We were calling him repeatedly, even saying that he would come to our offices to see how we could help him so that he would not lose his vehicle. The client did not cooperate, he refused all the payment options that we gave him, in addition to all the time we waited for him. Please check the attached documents and let us know if you need something else.
