I was told my truck was worth ***** at purchase and now i have the paperwork stating i was charged ***** for the same truck,il i know i was scam because the upfront price was not the same as the price on the paperwork. I tried calling and going back to the business but they're closed, i would like some help finding out how do i go about fixing this issue or who do I return the vehicle to i cant afford this high payment and overcharge i need help please.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car on April 10, 2023 from Michaels Auto Sales in ********* *******. I gave them a $6,000 down payment and was approved for the loan. I went to get my tag and learned that the business closed down, did not send the paperwork to the loan company and did not have a tag for me. On February 19th, 2023, I bought a ****** Altima 2018 from *******'s Auto Sales. They gave me a Temporary Paper Tag were expires on March 21, 2023. The car was hit and a tree in front of the bumper was damaged. I put in the garage with the paper I was supposed to change my Temporary tag. When I came to *******'s Auto Sales to renew my Temporary tag I saw *******'s Auto Sales closed. Actually, I am still paying the bank but I cannot drive the car. Because *******'s Auto Sales did not apply the tag for me. This is the first time I have a car. I did not know what I do. I need your help. In March of 2023 me and my wife purchased a vehicle from ******* auto sale. We gave a $1500 down payment. Signed all the paperwork And was told our 1st payment was not due until April 30, 2023. And that the bank will call to confirm all the information And we drove off the lot. On April 24 I received a call from the finance department ask me to come in and redo the paperwork. I explain that could not come in until Friday which was April 28 due to work. On April 26 At approximately 9am. ******* sent a tow truck to pick up the car. On April 28th I went to Michaels to get my deposit back they refuse to return my deposit. They have been avoiding my phone calls and text I have all correspondence text prior to the car being picked up.Initial Complaint

I brought a car from this place 4 years ago and I was leasing it. Now that the lease has ended, I went in for the payout amount and they agreed on 8k was the finance amount. I said okay, let's finance it for the 8k. I did all the paperwork and put a down payment of $2800, everything was "so called " good from there. So, two weeks later I woke up to find out that my car was picked up as a repossession for no payment no return. I called the company that I was financing with and they told me that they didn't receive any type of payment from the *******'s Auto Sales or anything. I tried calling *******'s Auto Sales and to my surprise the are now permanently closed down. Now I'm stuck with no car, a repossession and out of $2800 they basically stole from me and I'm sure others. Please help me with resolution. Please please please help!! On May 14th, 2022 a *** was purchased at Michaels Auto Sales by ****************************First *********************** applied and got denied and the letter was sent.After, **** applied and got approved Please keep in mind that we would not be able to sign a contract and get the car out of the shop if the loan was not approved. (They stated that **** was denied which you will see in the following documents, however, no letter was sent to us for proof)The down payment agreement was ***** at the moment and 500 a week later. $1,175 were paid with another bank (Apple Credit Card) (which solved this case in our favor) and the remaining balance of $325 was with ***** Fargo.Legally if there was something wrong with the credit and it needed to be refinanced, they had up to two weeks to contact us. They called us and message us 3 weeks later,We called and agreed to come in person that Thursday afternoon. We called several times, and they would not pick up from our phone number, a call was made from another phone number and they picked up, however, they hung up once they realized it was us. The car was towed by them on June 9 around noon when it was agreed that we would go in person afternoon to fix the issue, however, they took matters into their own hands, and send someone to ******* Address which was not in the contract they use personal information without authorization just to find and take the car, and after refusing to give us the money back. we collaborate and on June 14 we gave the car keys, therefore Michaels got the property back and it is in their lot, however, they do not want to give us our money back when the mistake was on them for selling us a car when the financing was not approved. *******'s is a SCAMMER and even though they got their car back, did not refund. They owe me $325, ***** Fargo closed the case in their favor even though I provided all proof, contracts, text messages, and everything. In 07/2022 we bought a car from this horrible place. First the finance supervisor *****, took among his self to $1,000 of my down. He stated it was a tip for him to look for a finance company. I was never offered a car fax how they stated when i called. The issue is that the car they sold me was in a car accident with bodily damage. When trying to turn in the car that's when i found out, the dealer where I was getting the new car stated that they had to give me a rebuilt ******. They had stated to me that the car was just a repo (LIE) that car has been sold from state to state. that's why a car fax wasn't offered. This has been such a horrible experience. I'm stuck with a $27,000 car that is worth nothing. You call the dealer and they have an attitude, You write on their ******** and they say that cant be true and they like the comment i posted. like really!!!!! You write to the owner ******* and nothing. I need my money back!!!! This is place is the worse place ever!!!! No one helps, no one hears you out, they talk to you like if you were to blame. they simply don't care!! they say that the bank is the owner of the car and to call them!!! How STUPID can they be!!!!!I have called a few times and no one tries to resolve this issue!!! They are HELPLESS and inhumane!!!!!Initial Complaint

June 2022 Sold a car that has body damage and we weren't informed. This car needed to be a rebuilt title not a clean one.No one wants to help. The finance manager took ******* from our deposit as a tip and we later found out. The sales guy told us he wasn't aware of the damages of the car. You call the dealer and all the girls give you attitude and no one helps. Now we are driving a car that is unsafe with a baby in it.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car and used my previously vehicle as a trade-in towards the purchase. Michales Auto Sales has refused to pay off my vehicle per our written agreement and refused to return any of our calls.
