      They are a terrible business in every way. The car they sent me straight up doesnt run. It came with a dead battery, and when I tried to drive it to charge the battery the engine died after not even 4 miles. I have had numerous issues with the car and the The Taverna Collection as a whole, including but not limited to:- A severe lack of communication, seen in the ~6 weeks of time it took to get me PHOTOS of the car to send to insurance - A lack of morals/truthfulness, seen in the condition of the car I was sent along with the fact the car has been in 3 accidents, none of which were told to me - A lack of ownership on the issues, seen when I brought up some of the problems and being told that it was my fault it took 2 months to get the car They are a completely predatory business. They have a line on the contract (that I wish raised a red flag with me when I read it) that essentially states that anything that they tell you about the car does not have to, in anyway, reflect the actual condition of the car. Needless to say this is a scummy thing to do.They also take weeks to get me anything that I need to know. I have been calling multiple times nearly daily and they still havent helped me to return the car. No one at this place seems to know whats going on, or they play dumb so they dont have to help me. And the people I need to talk to have avoided me. Ive heard them pick up the line then hang up on **** could go on, and into specifics but just this is enough.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was specifically told they would only pay for repairs if it was a battery issue or something less expensive.  If it was an engine issue (which it is) then they would not pay for repairs and instead would help me exchange the vehicle.  I specifically said I dont want to exchange the vehicle because I dont want them to send me another crappy car.  They told me I can move forward with the return process that I started the day after I got the car, yet they refuse to respond to my emails or phone call requests for the information on how to do so.

      A vehicle cannot be purchased in running order, have the engine blown, and then returned in such condition - no reasonable dealership would be able to accept such a return.

      It was not purchased in good condition, it didnt even run when it arrived.  I was very clearly told, multiple times that I was allowed to return it, exchange it, or get it repaired.  I have been trying to get them to send me the documents/info so that I can get the car back to them.  They do not, however, respond to my emails or get me to someone who can help me when I call.  And they have no claim of being a reasonable dealership, as a reasonable dealership wouldnt have done anything like this.  I initiated the return process day 1, and have been waiting to get the info I need from them so that they can get their car back.  The fact that management will respond on this yet not to my emails or calls says something about them.  I just need to get the information.

      I purchased a car from a dealership I never heard of. I did your basic research on the company and I read the reviews. There were a lot of positive reviews that gave me hope. I purchased a car and then I found out those reviews were fake. Then I searched the company on BBB and the reviews terrified me. The reviews claim they were holding deposits, registrations, trade-ins, and very expensive delivery fees over people's head as extortion in order to force the customer into a deal that they should be able to back out of. My concern of who I purchased a car from grew and lots of red flags started appearing. I couldn't believe I fell for the fake reviews.... Because I purchased the vehicle over the phone My salesman walked around the car opening and closing doors doing an inspection. During which time I asked him to open the hood and check for a charger for the electric vehicle. He opened a hood closed it and said I'm sorry there's no charger But the car is perfect shape to his knowledge there's no damage at all. The car also had no recalls on Carfax. But when I received the car I realized there was no way he could have opened the hood It was inoperable. The latch was broke and it's electric. I had my mechanic finally get it open and guess what there was a charger in there And there were parts missing. So he didn't do an inspection he lied. I paid $1,200 for this dealership to an inspection also It's in my paperwork. They couldn't have the hood didn't open and there's no windshield wiper reservoir It's unsafe and would have failed inspection. Because of the reviews I knew I couldnt send the car back. I knew I would be extorted. I waited till I got my plates. I have my plates now and I just want this business to do what's right. Replace the hood latch and the windshield wiper reservoir. I paid full price for the car and I paid a $1,200 safety inspection fee. They should do whats right and fix the safety issues. Also the car has 3 recalls somebody hid them from the Carfax

      The Customer's claims illegitimate are patently false - ****** takes down any fake review, and the Business is proud of the thousands of 5 star reviews it has received. 

      The custoomer bought a five year old electric **** three months ago. ****** reports on any recalls that exist for the vehicle - given this is a new vehicle for ****, they've issued multiple recalls recently - the Business would have had to way to predict what recalls the customer would have. 

      The Business is happy to hear the customer's car came with a charger when he was told it wouldn't. The Business has offered reimbursement towards the resevoir and hood latch.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is ridiculous at this point another lie! I screenshotted and attached their communication with me not once the day ever ask me for a receipt They offered me $200 plain and simple. Which is a horrible offer considering the latch cost $119, the reservoir costs $139 and labor would be $300. But I accepted their low offer of $200 because I was going to put it towards parts and install myself. I figured at least it was better than nothing. But I shouldn't have accepted because it was just another scam. If a lawyer happens to see this mess please call me I would love to join your lawsuit.

      In Dec 23 I bought a 2017 ************* from Taverna, in March I wired the money, delivered on 3/25. When I opened the policy later it said "it was cancelled". Then I contacted Ms. **** *********. Her first excuse was "that IT was in accounting"., I have 27 subsequent Emails to her, as many texts and only date Records of phone calls. She won't answer now.

      I am writing about Treverna Collection regarding the vehicle I purchased from them in May 2024. Unfortunately, my experience with this business has been extremely unsatisfactory and has caused me significant Financial and emotional distress.Purchase Date: May 2024 Vehicle Purchased From: Treverna Mechanical Issues: Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered it had multiple significant mechanical problems, which I was not informed about during the sale. To date, I have spent $3,600 on repairs to make the vehicle roadworthy.Failure to Provide Registration and Tags: I have been waiting since June 2024 for the vehicles registration and tags. Despite numerous promises from Treverna Collection, particularly a promise that I would receive them by July 28, 2024, I have yet to receive these essential documents. This delay has made it impossible for me to legally drive or properly register the vehicle.Lack of Communication: I have attempted to contact Treverna Collection multiple times via phone and email, but they have failed to respond.I have contacted the finance company associated with the purchase, but they do not have a copy of the vehicle title, further complicating the issue.I reached out to local authorities in ******* for assistance, and they have advised me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursue a civil suit.I am seeking immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, I request that Treverna Collection:Provide the necessary registration and tags for the vehicle without further delay.Address any outstanding issues regarding the vehicles title.Compensate me for the $3,600 in repair costs incurred due to the undisclosed mechanical issues.The ongoing delay and lack of response from Treverna Collection have caused me considerable inconvenience and financial strain.       The Business sent the appropriate documents to a third party titling agency to finish in timely fashion, the third party lost the form (after it was sent twice). Our team is working at our expense to get this completed as soon as possible. We are sorry to hear of the Customer's mechanical issues but we, nor any dealership, would be able to help this far after the vehicle was purchased.

      On 7/25/2024, I started the process of purchasing a 2018 *** and so I was not able to provide a letter regarding a vehicle that I own. I sent $2500.00 as a deposit. I was told that since I could not provide the letter required by the finance company the deal was canceled and contract undone. Today is 8/13/2024 and I have been calling Taverna and I am transferred around to other extensions and no one will return my calls. The sales man that helped me has been giving me the run around and does not respond. The salesman's name is ****. I need for Taverna to send my $2500.00

      The Business confirms the Customer purchased the vehicle. We can't upload phone recordings here however are happy to share with the Customer - the warranty and its details were talked about as she was concerned for mechanical repairs given the vehicle she was trading in had a bad starter. 

      The Business is happy to assist the customer. The vehicle left the Business with no issues - we've asked that the Customer provide a repair order so we can diagnose what's wrong with the vehicle and assist accordingly. The Cusotmer sent over a screenshot from a scan tool which showed a number of codes - all but two of which were clearly labeled as "historical".

      We agreed to purchase a vehicle from The Taverna Car Collection, dealt with a car sales person named ***********************, we agreed to pay a deposit of $6,000 which was submitted electronically on July 24th 2024 which was recieved by them on July 25th 2024, we then went to get the vehicle only to find multiple problems with the vehicle and therefore decided not to proceed. We then agreed to have our deposit refunded within 10 days.11 Days passed and we then file a fraud claim with ***** FARGO to have the $6,000 reversed, then I finally got a response from *********************** saying that we made a no refundable deposit "NEGATIVE". We have today filed a criminal complaint with the Cocoa Beach Police which is getting transferred to Broward County Sheriffs department today August 6th 2024. The resolution is return our full refund paid.

      7/16/24 purchased a vehicle from the taverna collection through car gurus. They took my down payment ($2000) and my trade in vehicle ($6000) right away. Told me they couldnt do a pick up and drop off because my vehicle had to be inspected before they could deliver the new vehicle. They have had my vehicle for 2 and a half weeks now and still no vehicle I had purchased. I have tried reaching out to them and they just give me the run around and say the new vehicle is on its way being delivered by coast 2 coast. I have reach out to them but no reply.

      >I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 from, The Taverna Collection, in **************, *******. I notified them the day of delivery as their website clearly states a 5 day, 250 mile warranty with any vehicle purchase. They also state, TOTAL TRANSPARENCY, and a total inspection by master technicians. Go to their website and take a look. The truck has transmission issues, missing wheel lugnut, bad brakes, emergency brake cable hanging, large dent in rocker panel on passenger side, not disclosed. Even though I filed 2 complaints with management they don't respond. I don't want this lemon!! *** asked to return from day one of delivery and have time stamped emails to prove that. I also have an inspection report from them stating this as well pictures to prove my accusations that they never replaced. They, Management and the salesman have ghosted me. I filed with the Florida Bureau of Dealerships about 2 weeks ago. Since I received this lemon, I've seen many complaints about there business dealings which makes me wonder why there still in business in your state. I have pictures and a video of the issues but can't upload due to limited capacity on your site. The truck hasn't moved from the driveway since delivered. I gave them ***** down and want a refund and the truck picked up. Thank you for your help with this matter.***************************** ******************** ************

The vehicle didnt present any transmission issues while in our care (we buy vehicles in a protected way if it were sold to us with a defective transmission we wouldve returned it we have no incentive to pass along a problem vehicle"

      This is the response from Taverna Auto Collection management. I have sent a video in the last message showing the transmission selector light flashing but there was no sound for some reason. Again, based on their comment above, why do they expect me to accept a vehicle with all the problems I found that either weren't disclosed or they neglected to take care of before they sent. I will not pay one payment for something in this condition because as they mentioned in there response, they would send back if there were transmission problems. With all the problems they refused to fix with their so called "master mechanics" including the transmission issue, this truck should have never left their dealership until fixed. According to their policy" Here at The Taverna Collection, it is our mission to be the most transparent and trustworthy dealership in *******, We sell luxury European vehicles at a non-luxury price
       We inspect every vehicle and put it through our ****** square foot reconditioning facility before offering it for sale, fixing cosmetic and mechanical issues noted by our team of master technicians."

      I am rejecting this response because: I was called by a Taverna **** Bambi, yesterday to discuss getting truck to a mechanic to be evaluated. Mind you, I work night's and had only about 2 hours sleep. I remember telling ***** that the truck wasn't on the road because it can't be driven anyway. Next thing after about an hour conversation she mentioned about me just driving it there. She didn't want to pay the towing fee. At that point I just wanted to sleep. I emailed a message this morning explaining my oversight and give me a call. I just awoke and called and left a message but haven't received a response as of yet. Yes, the transmission is the major issue out of the many. Bad brakes that was in the Taverna's inspection report, ebrake cable seized up, missing lug nut, large dent in rocker panel. I would like to get this taken care off. As of today, 8/15/2024, my loan payment is overdue because I'm not paying the bank for something I can't drive. It's been over a month since the truck was delivered and I sent my first complaint, 7/10/2024. I'm willing to work with Taverna but they have been less than cooperative until yesterday.

      Bought car from ********** ********** 06/21/24 with free delivery and 5 day 250 miles drive and decide contract. Car delivered on 07/11/24 and had local dealer inspection on 07/12/24. Found unrepaired structural accident damage. Immediately notified ********** ********** that I was rejecting the car and to come get it. Car picked up on 07/19/24 but now they want over $3000 in fees and shipping. I had to agree so I can get the rest of my money refunded. However, now they won't take my calls or acknowledge my emails. Already notified my state representative and State Attorney General. Please stay away from all Taverna Collection dealerships.

      I am rejecting this response because:I honestly cannot believe the responses given by this business. They either do not know their employees or simply being less than truthful. I'm attaching documents confirming a list of people and information as well as the Insurance Form (with Palm **************** logo) and the We Owe form both with *********************** signature. Coincidentally I just received an email from a *************************, Palm **************** Sales Assistant asking I was still interested in the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette. Sounds like it might be for sale again. Of course the State has the title that can't be released until the lein with EFCU credit union is paid off. The Taverna Collection/Palm **************** know they're in the wrong with this and are gaining interest off my money every day.

      To say the least, I am extremely disappointed in you closing my complaint. I was told by Palm **************** that they were owned by the Traverna Collection which was confirmed by the Traverna Collection customer service representative *************************** (see attached listing)  will you, at least, confirm the ownership of ********** ********** with the Taverna Collection?
