      Purchased a **** ****** xf from ***** an once the vehicle was shipped to me ***** hasn't been able to be reached. 1st he's on vacation and next he's on a leave of absence. Car is nice, drives nice but noticed a small oil leak from valve cover gaskets an also the key wasn't working properly an only1 headlight works. Takes about 20mins for the other headlight to come on. Bought a new key an had it programmed and replaced $425. New headlight ballast $260 an new hid bulb $160. Light still doesn't work properly. Nick the manager has been giving the run around about getting this car fixed. Exchanged or refunded. Now they have my number blocked. Don't buy from them ever. They say its family owned an the whole family is crooks. They knew it was a headlight issue before selling it an never mentioning to me. They even sent me the title thats was signed by 2 different people that backed out the sale an paperwork trying to correct the reasoning for the multiple signatures and stating no fraud intended. This place has to be stopped from deceiving people an selling bad vehicles. This vehicle can't be registered nor pass inspection in ************* due to 1 headlight and these issues were not disclosed prior to sale

      Car sold with the promise of repairing scratched bumper, the car was driven 2 miles to their repair shop and the car broke down with transmission issue. I don’t have possession of the car and the dealer wants to fraudulently use my aftermarket warranty that they misled me to buy. They want to use the warranty to repair the transmission that they said was repaired with a transmission control module. They obviously knew about the transmission problem and the car didn’t make it to their own shop. Now they say, I have to pay $3,000-4000 to split the costs or put it through the warranty company. I had 30 days to decide to purchase the warranty, which now they have bullied me into keeping it. I live in New York and was supposed to drive the car home and now need to fly back after it gets repaired, weeks from now at best.

      They do not deserve any star. I bought car from this dealership on ****** ****** 11/24/2021, Great service at time buy. After singe paperwork then see real service, thing I face never in my life before. I am pointing down blow 1. Had my frist and last name fliped- when I ask, dealership blame to credit agencies. 2.Car received- mechanical problems,very dirty gum at least 3 place in car, drinking spilled in car, Empty Gas tank, flat tires. bed wafer blades, low motor oil. I have to shampoo carpet myself, details totel inside. 3.Cars offroads fiction button don't respons. Headlight sense have problems, sand vedio and pictures to pearson I deal with. Told they will lookin to. Never deard back from dealership 4. Made few calls and email about lance plate, then lady told i have to take car to inspect, when i ask who will pay they told they will reimburse same day, Offcours car did not pass Texas Safey inspection, need new tire, wifer blade, I payed from my pocket submit expenses never heard back. As of now 02/20/2022, I still waiting for Lance plate, my expenses reimbursement of 2 tire, oil chank. Wifer blade, oil change, details, shampoo, Temporally LP expires, I can't drive without LP. Email 2 week ago, no response. And stile have mechanical problems of offroad/all wheel drive systems same and headlight sensor, I don't want spand more my money on.

      I purchased a JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE from this business through Car Gurus. The online photographs showed a nice vehicle with leather interior and wood grain finish throughout. I arranged for them to deliver the vehicle from Florida to my home in Tennessee for an agreed upon price of $200.00. When the vehicle showed up at my home, the driver demanded $600.00 instead of the $200 I agreed to. ******* said they would refund the $400.00 difference. When the vehicle was offloaded, it did not conform to the vehicle advertised on Car Gurus. Dings and scratches in the exterior pain had been shoddily covered with cheap and mismatched paint. There was no wood grain in the interior. Instead, the area where the wood grain had been looked to have been BRUSH PAINTED beige. When I went to look at the pictures online, they had been removed. When I operated the vehicle (which appeared to have been poorly maintained), I noted that the ODOMOETER was not moving. After driving the vehicle approximately 30 miles, the odometer started to turn again. They eventually replaced it with a BMW, but I had to pay $3,000.00 as the BMW was slightly more expensive than the Cherokee. They pressured me to take out a Capital One loan to finance the difference in order to increase my credit score, which is admittedly low. They told me that I could pay the loan for a few months, increase my credit score and pay off the loan early for less than $5k. Capital One recently told me that the pay off would be $10k. In addition, they told me that the loan included $1,200.00 in deliver fees, even though I paid the driver another $600.00 in cash. The BMW was also non-conforming to the vehicle advertised. It has dents and the back-up camera that the vehicle was advertised to have was not there. They key was in such disrepair that it had to be held together with rubberbands. There were no floormats. They have refunded me $550.00 in delivery fees, but still charged my credit account for $1,200.00

Just FYI, when you buy a vehicle from a dealership you buy it "as is"; although not contractually obligated we try to make our customers happy and offer an informal 7-day exchange policy (which I am not sure how many other dealerships would have offered you); transport, however, is at customer's expense Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) What my complaint is about is Capital One said there is a $1200 charge on the bill of sale for delivery. So why did i have to pay another $1200 cash? That is theft!! You may be referring to PRE-deliver fees which comprises of dealer fees and other admin fees, which is something any bill of sale of any dealership would have and is NOT associated with delivery fees.
