I made a huge mistake and don't want you to make the same.This company has fraud complaints and multiple lawsuits.They are so unprofessional and downright criminal. They are relentless even when nothing is owed. My last messages were I should have some shame and become a real person adult and make payments. Then was threatened with collections and contact with my employer and references. I WAS UP TO DATE NOTHING IS OWED. I actually had to reference all my payments for the last 60 days including the last I made just 4 days ago. She acknowledged in writing that I was correct and then told me I have another payment due in May 2024.? Of course it's a loan. Did this stop the harassment? No two hours later another call. I've had the hold our cell phones hostage by calling over 100 times. I only owe money PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ALPHA LOANS THEY ARE NOT A REAL COMPANY AND THEIR DOMAINE IS OWNED BY A RANDOM LADY IN THE US.PLS PLS PLS GO ELSEWHERE. they do these things to customers all the time. Be very careful with your banking information and permissions given. There are over 100 people recently that they took more money than authorization and emptied an account. Don't take my word look it up for yourself.
