After spending a lot of time on the phone with them, they said I qualified for the Silver Sneakers program. After receiving a link to the website and inserting more personal information, I do not qualify. When I called back I was on the phone for 20 min and then disconnected. When I replied to the email, I got a robot answering me with some ridiculous suggestions on how to remedy the situation like:Links for articles to read; How do I know programs are up-to-date?I cant find a program that I know exists. What can I do?A programs information seems to be out of date. How can I get it updated?Horrible experience! Don't waste your time. You can get any correct information you need from your insurance company.

Dishonest and misleading. Preying on the elderly with false advertising. Insurance agents asking for social security number and personal income when the ad says I qualify for food benefits for being over 65. DONT trust my plan advocate. Scammers

Call at one number, which I immediately block! Then a few days or so, they show up on another number. I block that one! This has happened over and over. Ridiculous!

Fraud, spam calls. They claim they are an arm of United Healthcare, but that proved false. They require a lot of financial details, not account # on the phone, but they are sending a packet of forms which will likely ask for acct.# to your bank. Their ph.# is not connected to any legit healthcare organizations. I called them on a Sat. & their recording answered United Healthcare. But today, they didn't answer with any organization name. They prey on senior citizens in retirement communities.

"My Advocate" (and/or any close variation of the same) is (in part) a telemarketer for health and/or other related elder "support" services that are paid for by so-called "membership" fees, for which the same or similar services are typically already also provided by many existing health insurance plans ********* included), and others. Unfortunately, their marketing patterns are typically heavy-handed, stretching their authority and utility to include questionable practices such as creating illusory deceptions that they are somehow "connected" by name to a potential client's already-existing (and paid-for) insurance, and/or other financial services. They will also readily and repeatedly circumvent federal laws prohibiting unsolicited "cold calls," commonly known as the "Do Not Call" telephone Registry. The best-known advice is to avoid any engagement, including not returning any calls that you have not initiated yourself (especially the first one). There is plenty of known reason for the established low BBB customer review rating. Your experience *** differ, but it's doubtful.
