    This company is has the worst customer service out of any place Ive ever dealt with. My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. It was not delivered so I went to check the tracking number and it says that my address does not exist. Ive email and called MULTIPLE times and have yet to hear back as of Friday. Its ridiculous. Ive never used this company before and after this experience, Ill do my best to never use it again.

    My package has been sitting in a city thats only an hour away from me for 5 days. it was supposed to be transferred to **** but there hasnt been any update or movement for the package in days despite the fact that items I ordered after I ordered this package have already arrived. I suggest everyone avoid any place that uses DHL for shipping.

    Refuses to send package to ***** Has package but refusing to ship and just repeated themselves, put me on the hold and just repeated themselves and refused to help. They said I need to work with the vendor even though THEY HAVE THE PACKAGE.
