  Same deal here. They sent test kits. Said I ordered. I most definitely did not. I saw it coming in my mail and called them and told them I would send it right back. Told the person on the phone I was not accepting delivery.. Wrote "return to sender" on package without opening and sent it back. They still charged ********* Typical ** scam operation.

  I also received such covid self-tests. Also just received a ******** Summary Notice that showed they did not approve or pay the billed $96 but showed it as the "Total You May ** Billed." Guess I'd better contact ********.

  Had to do 1 star - wish it could be 0. Same thing happened with us. This company billed Medicare for unsolicited Covid tests and Medicare paid $94.08. The federal government should be adding more Medicare agents (rather than IRS agents) to investigate these ********** companies that take advantage of seniors to extort money from the government and, in turn, U.S. taxpayers. I'm sending in an appeal for the claim as well as reporting to Medicare ***** and Abuse as suspicious activity.

  How do they get our ******** Numbers to charge us? I just reported to ********. I called Ez Rx after receiving tests and they said they were free and that I must have signed up them. I never would have done that since I don't believe in testing myself.

  The same as all other complaints listed here in. I have no idea how they got my ******** number did not order anything from this company. They just showed up on my doorstep. A complete fraud that should be reported to ******** as fraudulent.

  I received a Medicare Summary Notice for Part B Medical Insurance in the mail yesterday. To my great surprise, it stated that EZ Rx Boynton Beach LLC had billed Medicare for $96.00 supposedly for a Covid-19 test on 01/14/2023. Medicare paid this entity $94.08. I immediately called the phone number on the notice for EZ Rx to report this error, but when I dialed the number a recorded message from the phone company said that this was a non-working number. This was for me an immediate red flag of a ****. Also of interest was the note captioned "c" on the summary, which stated the name and/or Medicare number was incorrect or missing. Yet Medicare saw fit to pay this ********** claim. I found this to be astounding because I was a participating provider in the Medicare program for over 30 years, and if my office ever submitted a claim to ANY insurance carrier, Medicare included, with an incorrect or missing name or policy number, the claim would have been immediately rejected and sent back. I have no idea why a Federal program such as Medicare would honor such a dubious claim without attempting to check the validity. I have reported this incident to the Medicare ***** Unit, where the agent I spoke with revealed that EZ Rx Boynton Beach LLC was already on their "radar" for ********** billing. She further said that they are being investigated.

  This company is a fraud !They are sending out unsolicited Covid-19 test kits from *****, and then charging ******** $96.00 each time.Please never give out your ******** card number..This company is also using First Class Mail,and charging ********.The ******** fraud number is :1-800-MEDICARE.

  Fraud. ******** payed them $96 for covid tests I never requested. Report to ******** and have not heard back. Somehow they have my ******** number.
