      Hi I purchased the 1lb flex paste ***** To make a repair, when I went to use it the unit was unusable, store I purchased told me I had to contact The flex sale product family needless to say they are extremely difficult to get any results or call back. I am a person with disabilities and this is very stressful, I am on a limited income This was a big purchase for me and to noavel They have left me no other choice but to file a complaint for help all I ask is to give back there defective unit and have a good useable product

      Unable to contact the customer successfully by phone, we reached out to them by email. Although we were not able to speak, we did reach a mutually beneficial resolution. 

      Even under these circumstances, we continue to strive for 100% customer satisfaction with our ********************** and in each customer interaction.

      We purchased this product on 6/27/22 from Menards as our rain barrel got a leak. This product was to work on wet or dry products. We followed the instructions to the letter and actually covered more than we had to. It didn't work at all, and we don't believe that we should have to mail it to them (when we didn't order online) and pay for shipping and handling when it was supposed to work like magic. We want a check for ***** for this not working. Now, more than ever, we need rain barrels. I have enclosed many pictures showing we put it on thick and the initial crack was tiny, but we didn't want any loss of precious water. Thank you.

      For some reason I seem unable to respond to this complaint. The customer and I have spoken and come to a mutually beneficial resolution. We have executed the resolution and all that remained was the need to communicate this to BBB.

      I bought Flex Seal Liquid to seal my driveway cracks on July 9th. They said on TV that they would guarantee to seal my driveway or give my money back. So I tried using it on my driveway, but it didn't stay sealed. I used it in the fall, and it sealed for a short amount of time, but when spring came by, it started to crack in the same places I put the seal. They told me to put more, but it would create a bump in the driveway, so I asked for a refund. They sent me a form to fill out and told me to fill it out. After I did, I sent it to them and waited for a response. They responded that it was a 30-day money back guarantee, so no refund, but instead they can send me another one. So I said yes, but they still have not sent me a new one. I am still waiting for it.
