    We asked Wildwood Kitchen and Bath to come to our home to measure for a new sink. The sink was to be delivered within days of their visit on April 22, 2024, making delivery the week of April 22nd and I paid $1493.65 in full payment that day. On May 1st, we received a call stating the sink was backordered and would be another 2-weeks. We cancelled immediately after notice the sink was on backorder, as we had new counter tops scheduled for May 3rd. *** attempted many times to resolve the issue and get a full refund, but am getting ignored.

    Very disappointed with their follow-up. Denise came out, took measurements, and scheduled a review of her design and proposal. The proposal was a joke, there was no cost detail, they did not incorporate what we said we wanted, and their design was based on the wrong measurements. I called Mike back with correct measurements when I got home, and asked to have the design re-done using our original requests, and more detail to their price estimate. This was almost four weeks ago, and we have yet to hear anything. This was a $50k plus job, and we ended going with another company.

    After speaking with my employees and confirming your concerns, I have come to the conclusion that you are correct in saying that your design was not completed as you had wished or how I had measured it to be. I also regret that no one did a follow-up call with you regarding your measurement so that they could design the look you were hoping for, since they did not receive a return call.
    However, Mike and Terry both confirmed that you did review three different Estimate Forms with the details cost of all products and labor here in our showroom, the day of the first design presentation. They stated that you requested to take them with you...which we do not provide you with until the Sale is complete. And, that you stated you had another bid in that was $10,000 less than us. They also stated that you seemed very agitated during the appointment.
    Our goal is to provide good and professional service to our customers. We do appreciate having it come to our attention when it has not been a pleasant experience.
    A phone call to me or my husband would have been very beneficial.

    Thank you for your response, however I need to clarify a few inaccuracies. I am happy to come and meet with you and Mike, face to face to verify my criticisms, if my integrity is again called into question. First, the estimate. There was one price shown, the price for the entire project, no breakdown between materials, and labor. There was no indication of what you were charging me for cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, floor tile, etc. The scope of work was a rambling paragraph, with a jumbled mix of labor, electrical, plumbing, and so forth. I have the estimates if you would like to see them and document my description. Second, we never discussed any other bid with Mike, so I don't know where the reference to the $10k lesser number came from. We had not even been to another vendor before coming to see Mike. Subsequent to our visit with Mike, we did visit another vendor who provided us a detailed bid, with a price similar to your price. Regarding me appearing "agitated" it is hard to say. I don't know how I appeared, but I do know that my wife and I both remained courteous throughout the presentation. We were both very disappointed, so it may have come through in out expressions.
