Bought a bike from Lucky U Cycles in ********, ** Nov 7, 2024 for $8995. The bike had a few issues when I looked at it and they agreed to fix. They promised to service and fix but they shipped it with bad clutch, bad brakes, no brake lights and a bunch of other service needed. Now I have $2392.52 bill and they refuse to pay. Beware of Lucky U Cycles - wildwood, **!

We are in receipt of your email with Mr ******* complaint. Here's a summary of Mr ******* purchase. The bike was purchased on 11/7/2024 (file  attached) and later delivered to his home (11/12/24) at no charge following the servicing we agreed to perform (repair order with notes is attached). After riding the bike for the day, Mr ***** did send a text message to his sales associate later on 11/12/24  with questions about the motorcycle and the clutch cable to which the sales associate said we could take a look at it when he brought it back to us. Mr ***** replied "Yes that works for me just let me know a good time to bring it by".  Mr ***** then, unbenounced to us, chose to bring the bike to a local shop to have work done on (12/16/24).  On 1/10/25 he sent an email request to our sales manager asking for us to pay for his shop bill at the service center he had taken it to.  He did this of his own free will, we told him that if he brought the bike back to ** we would look it over and address any concerns but we were never given the opportunity to do so because he chose to take it to a local shop.  The shop he chose to use even charged him for some of the very same work we had just performed, making Mr ***** feel as though we hadn't performed the work that we had in fact done and documented.

also rode bike 100 miles before taking to another shop. Makes no sense

I asked them to not charge my card due to not having funds they charged it anyway and when trying to contact them all they did was pick up and hang up the phone the bike had been returned to them all I was asking for was the 200 returned to me but Jeremy the owner told his people to tell me no when I had already made arrangements otherwise my card should not have been charged at all since we had an agreement
