    RMS manages my HOA at The Grove in Wilton Manors. The owner Steve Weil has denied sending me information I am entitled too (what goes into background checks for Renters/Buyers/Roomates). The Association has also violated my PII (Personally Identifiable Information) by allowing a rogue board member to share my personally correspondence with another resident (I have lived in several places with HOA's NEVER has my information been shared). This individual (resident not board member) has confronted me and now I feel unsafe in my own home. RMS is also taking a 3% fee to manage 50 years repairs (owners currently have been hit with a $12K special assessment). RMS is not fulfilling their duties to "teach/guide" board members.
