      My experience has been awesome. The bag quality is what Ive been looking for years for and could not find. From ordering to shipping I have no complaints.

      You purchase their product and they charge you immediately for item. Then you have to wait with horrible shipping and then if they don't have a product they don't let you know or refund immediately you have to wait until delivery finally comes and realize it's missing. This could be weeks if not month after purchased items. This should be fraudulent.

      I have purchased Lug bags since they were first presented on QVC about 8 years ago. Love their bags but I will no longer be ordering from them due to horrible shipping times. I am still waiting for an order I placed on 7/08/23. My credit card was charged that same day yet item was not shipped until 7/13/23. The new estimated delivery date is now 7/21/23. I paid $5.50 for an item that weighs 1.44 pounds! These shipping delays have been going on for at least a year and the owner (Ami) has acknowledged them and said they have been resolved. Clearly they have not. No more Lug bags for me. Do better Lug.

      Fraudulent. They take your money but don’t ship anything. Customer service agents will outright lie to you regarding orders. If you do eventually receive a shipment 3 months later , it will be incorrect and packaged so horribly that items are damaged.

      Ordered multiple on qvc for 4 years, 6+ purses kept, shipping is 7-10 days. I ordered 3 the end of March on the same order. 2 came at different times from different warehouses, the sold out watermelon super couple has a tracking # but says never shipped. That was 3/29/23. Their FB page is full of the same complaints. I emailed them and started to file a claim with UPS but just let qvc refund me as "lost in transit." I'd like to know how big their operation is, the mailing address is a PO box store in Orlando. They need more staff or better staff, bigger location. I think they've gotten too big and now sell out knowing they don't have the stock. I've watched qvc airings before that gave limited colors or said some sold out so I ordered immediately. Then the next day that color was on the qvc site to buy. Their size measurements seem off too, they need more average size for daily use the flare and flare 2 are too small, 11-13 long, 6-8 high, 3-4 thick.
