      I booked ultimate town car to pick up my wife and 7-year-old son at MCO this evening. I spoke to the dispatcher when the flight took off, and they assured me the company had the flight number and was tracking it. When the two arrived, I was told there would be a driver on Level 2 with their names when I called again upon arrival. My wife got to level 2, and there was no driver after 15 minutes of looking. She called them, and they told her to look around for Cesar. After looking, I called them back, and they sent Cesar's contact number to my wife. Cesar did not pick up the phone. After that, they then called back and claimed Cesar had mechanical issues and were dispatching a new driver. However, Cesar called my wife to tell her he did not have issues and that the dispatcher screwed up. No driver ever showed up, but the excuses continued. After close to an hour, my wife got into an uber.

      Hi There , Thanks for reaching out we have just check with our accounts department we had a mechanical issue due to which unfortunately driver was not send, We apologize for this inconvenience , We did reunded the credit back into same account on same day., when we had this issue here are the screenshots attached please go through matter is resolved on same day from our end. We really apologize once again. We tried our level best as one driver had a mechanical issue on the way to pick up. We tried to send a second driver who was on his way when they took an uber.

      The driver told me he did not have mechanical issues. The car service never sent anyone.

      2. The car service dispatched someone else after an hour of looking which required taking an Uber.

      The company is not truthful based on the facts and customers should avoid them.
