May 2nd 2020 I was in an auto accident at around 12:00am I had my transported to Keenans for an estimate to be fixed a short while later maybe a couple of days I got it. I didn't have the money so I had to transport it back to my dads house until I could get the money to have it fixed. The car sat in my fathers concrete driveway for 10 months in those 10 months I would start the car at least 1-2 times a month except the last month it sat because the battery gave out. so fast forward to early march 2021 I saved up money and got a loan to have the car sent to Keenans to be fixed. I called at least 1 time a week to check on the maybe once every two weeks and they would always say the cars coming along great I asked to see how it was coming along a few times but was always denied. Now before I continue let me say I own a 2007 Infiniti g35 coupe it wasn't perfect but it was in very good condition prior to going to Keenans place of business I have proof of how the vehicle looked as well but everything worked and was in very good condition for the year of the car. Fast forward September 28th 2021 The day I had been waiting for for over a year. I couldn't pickup the vehicle cause of work so I had my girlfriend and mom pick it up after work. What I came home to was HORRENDOUS the car wasn't fixed properly my tail light on the side to be fixed was and still is pushed in too much I had a huge gap in the trunk multiple pieces were not aligned correctly my trunk no longer worked had new scratches and the inside was destroyed! Mold obvious rain and weathering spots and so much more. So I took the car back and had to argue with the owner and his sons they lied to my face multiple times. So after all of that they agreed to take it back and fix and clean it. Got it back the 2nd time still not correct whatsoever fixed the wrong things and the cleaning was terrible still mold in my car. Theres SO MUCH MORE but I don't have the space to type. so to end it off I found a rats nest in car
