    I have to wonder if this business is still open. The order I placed was shipped but the item had the wrong team logo on it. I even paid extra for priority processing. I have reached out to DugOut Mugs twice on their web site, twice via email and left at least two voice mail messages on their customer service line.I have received no response whatsoever. Now I see that a notice states that the business is permanently closed. So, I guess that they keep my money and run.

    This company has atrocious customer support. Do not do business with them. I ordered 6 mugs, and after 16 days, I received zero communications from the company about the order's progress. I have emailed their support address and their "urgent" address, which they claim will receive a response within one business day, and have received nothing. I have called their sales and their customer support lines multiple times for a week, leaving multiple message, and have not been able to reach anyone. This is the worst engagement I have every experienced.

    Customer service once they have your money is a black hole. Ordered Christmas gifts far ahead of their advertised delivery window (Dec 10!) Package seems to be “stuck” in transit. Customer Service isn’t taking any calls - numerous emails haven’t been answered despite their advertised “within but probably less than 24 hours” response time. Horrible business, no gifts for Christmas and no idea if they have any intentions of making it right for a customer.

    FRAUD/SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!! I HAVE ORDERED TWICE FROM THIS COMPANY WITH EACH TIME THEM SAYING MY PACKAGES ARE NOT DELIVERABLE. THEY'RE PURPOSELY PUTTING INCORRECT ADDRESSES ON THESE PACKAGES AND THEN SAYING THE PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES. AND THEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SAYS IT'S NOT TAKING CALLS....INTERESTING. I HAVE SPENT NEARLY $200 FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS I WILL LIKELY NEVER SEE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. IT'S A COMPLETELY FAKE BUSINESS THAT'S SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY AROUND THE HOLIDAYS.

    Horrible company, scam alert... I order from them 10 days ago and my order hasn't even been processed to ship... Haven't gotten a tracking # or anything... Customer service is no help, all they do is send apologies... I would not order from them ever again.. they only got 1 ? from me because I had too to leave a comment.. if I didn't they would get a negative zero

    Great product!!! These wonderful people stand behind their product. Thy replaced a mug that I had bought from them 2 yrs ago.!!! I recommend all baseball fans to them for a fun, unique and amazing gift.

    I just want to say that you are a great company and produce great products. My family went nuts when I gave 6 metal dugout mugs to my grandkids and the wooden mugs to my son and son-in-law. The girls including myself were given the wooden .wine mugs. Let me just say the beer and wine were flowing. They all loved them. Thank you so much. I just ordered 2 more of the metal dugout mugs for my brothers. Oh, your customer service people r great. Very helpful and sweet. Thank u again for great products and great customer service.     Ordered items on 12/9, will not receive until after Christmas and there was nothing on the website telling me that I would be ordering too late to receive by Christmas.

    pretty much a rip off. Aluminum bat mug looks like somebody taped the logo on in the dark. Wood bat mug has no lid- ok for the drunks in their photos- not so much for 9 year olds. Should have invested $200 dollars elsewhere- quality is not priority. Mike W- a realistic baseball fan from Tx

    What an incredible company! There is no wonder they are found all over the country and in every baseball stadium. Quality made product from North America, and super unique. Everybody that I have gifted one of these mugs has absolutely loved it!
